Hanno 2 persone in prenotate e tra 10 minuti chiudiano. Sono in fila da 5 minuti e loro sono sedute al cellulare. Io ancora in fila in attesa di prenotare per domani. A quest' ora me ne avevano fatto 10. Ma ogni tanto, in questo paese, lo useremo il buonsenso?. A bad service. I arrive in front of the camper and ask if it is possible to make a swab. They tell me that without booking it is not possible. They have 2 people in booked and in 10 minutes they close. They've been in line for 5 minutes and they're sitting on their cell phones. Pare che i loro test non siano di ultima generazione. Informatevi bene prima di servirvi presso questa struttura, perché, dopo un'interminabile e disorganizzata fila, potreste ritrovarvi come me con un pugno di mosche. Capisco che alle 20:00, come in tutti i pubblici uffici, cadono le penne, ma al loro lavoro, soprattutto in era covid, è richiesto forse qualcosina in più. Comunque, appena ho potuto esplicitare la richiesta se il giorno dopo avessero effettuato i tamponi, la risposta è stata “ SI”. Forse se avessero risposto pronto e avessero aspettato la mia richiesta, la telefonata si sarebbe esaurita nel tempo di 3” senza inutili polemiche. Il medico non lo accetta e sono costretto a ripetere il tampone presso un'altra struttura: Biodiagnostica a Santa Maria delle Mole. Dopo lunga attesa e dopo aver speso inutilmente i miei soldi questa è la situazione. Vi sconsiglio questa farmacia, informatevi bene, perché potreste perdere tempo e denaro. Ahimè oggi, in previsione della seconda dose, decido di effettuare un tampone di controllo. Mi presento alle 1230, la fila era esaurita e l'attività ferma. Mi è stato risposto che senza prenotazione non potevo accedere al servizio e che avevano chiuso l'attività per i non prenotati. Nonostante mi sia trovato sempre bene, hanno dimostrato scarsa attenzione all'esigenza dell'utente. Ricordando al collega che, nemmeno guardandomi in faccia, mi ha negato la prestazione, se pur motivato dall'esigenza di prenotazione, ricordo che, nei principi ispiratori del codice deontologico, l'infermiere ha una posizione di protezione dei confronti del cittadino assistito. Le esigenze di assistenza ruotano, oggi è toccato a me, domani mi auguro capiti anche a lui di subire tale trattamento. Totale assenza di empatia e buon senso.
