I made the effort to speak Italian so at least for that, patience could be required. My results got positive and no advice was given. Find it extremely unprofessional. Plus asking me where I was born while I literally gave my passport shouldn't be a question to be asked. And calling "donna di colore" while talking about me is pretty rude.
