★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Gli orari del sabato e domenica sono sbagliati, pare sia sempre di turno la Farmacia Zonta a 3km... naturalmente se fosse stato evidente dagli orari di Google maps mi sarei organizzato diversamente. Alle 19.25 invece è impossibile fare 3km e dovrò aspettare domani mattina.

Cercando un prodotto che avevamo esaurito si sono informati alla farmacia del paese più vicino se ne avevamo disponibilità, e consigliandomi poi delle alternative che ho accettato. Questa, più che disponibilità è professionalità!

Looking for a product that we had out of stock, they inquired at the nearest pharmacy if we had it available, and then advised me of the alternatives that I accepted. Il titolare/farmacista di turno in orario serale, risultando la farmacia in turno, mi ha dovuto dare i farmaci richiesti per una neonata dopo essere stati alla guardia medica Li Accanto!!! Dicendo che il farmaco richiesto poteva essere dato senza ricetta pagandolo per intero....per ovvie ragioni di tempo ho evitato di riandare alla guardia medica per richiedere la ricetta cui avevo diritto preferendo pagate il farmaco per intero...con mio grande stupore mi accorgo leggendo lo scontrino che il suddetto farmacista Approfittando dell' assenza di ricetta mi applica 10 euro d per servizio notturno senza dare alcuna spiegazione nonostante i predetti chiarimenti. Inoltre si rifiuta, CONTRO LEGGE, DI FARMI PAGARE COL BANCOMAT, costringendomi a rinunciare a uno dei farmaci richiesti per potere saldare con i contanti che avevo a disposizione. Considerando che si tratta di una Farmacia peraltro in turno notturno ritengo tale comportamento Vergognoso! poco etico e non rispettoso degli obblighi di legge.

Considering that it is a Pharmacy, however, in the night shift I consider this behavior shameful! unethical and not respectful of legal obligations.
