Dovendo acquistare dei probiotici che devono stare al di sotto dei 25°, per evitare che il pacco stazioniasse in luogo non idoneo il mercoledì venticinque aprile festivo, lunedì (23.4) di prima mattina li ho contattati telefonicamente per sapere quando sarebbe partito un ordine fatto di lì a poco; mi viene risposto che sarebbe partito nel pomeriggio con consegna martedì e quindi lo effettuo immediatamente. Prima magagna: la spedizione viene presa in carico il pomeriggio di martedì e risulta arrivata mercoledì alla sede GLS della mia città. Seconda magagna: siccome GLS di Corriere Espresso ha evidentemente soltanto il nome, la spedizione viene “caricata” dal sistema soltanto alle 11:25 di giovedì con “consegna prevista per il giorno lavorativo successivo”. Morale: giovedì pomeriggio me lo sono andato a prendere, sennò me lo avrebbero consegnato, forse, venerdì. Quindi se non avete urgenza o esigenze simili alle mie comprate pure, io per qualche euro di differenza mi rivolgerò altrove. P.S. ci sarebbe anche una terza “magagnina”: cinque scatole affidate a una semplice busta e non a una scatola, con il risultato che una è rimasta schiacciata , ma poteva andar peggio … Good prices but shipments to be reviewed, quite a lot. Niente da dire contro il riciclo della scatola, anzi ben venga sia per motivi economici che ambientali, tuttavia ci sono dei limiti che qui sono stati superati perchè è stata usata la scatola dei giochi erotici della DUREX con evidenti contrassegni e sfortuna volle che quel giorno io non fossi a casa e la consegna sia stata ritirata dalla vicina.... lascio immaginare il resto... Segnalato il problema via email non ho ricevuto nessuna risposta, se ne fregano a conferma del riguardo per il cliente pari a zero e della professionalità inesistente. Da evitare accuratamente!
