★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Purtroppo, dal mio punto di vista, non ho ricevuto un trattamento per nulla consono, posso capire che il prodotto ( specifico per cani ) fosse stato acquistato tempo addietro, parliamo di 2 mesi fa non di anni...., ma risultato chiaramente difettoso e non risarcibile.
Detto questo, dal mio punto di vista, tali prodotti dovrebbero avere una sorta di garanzia fornita dal produttore, ma comunque dove non copre la garanzia dovrebbe essere lo stesso punto vendita ad impegnarsi a cercare un punto d'incontro o una forma di risarcimento ( un nuovo prodotto ad es.), cosa che non è successo..........
Unfortunately, from my point of view, I have not received a treatment that is not at all appropriate, I can understand that the product (specific for dogs) had been purchased some time ago, we are talking about 2 months ago, not years ...., but clearly defective result and not refundable.
Having said that, from my point of view, these products should have a sort of guarantee provided by the manufacturer, but in any case where the guarantee does not cover the same point of sale should be committed to looking for a meeting point or a form of compensation (a new product e.g.), which did not happen ..........

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Scusi per sbaglio oggi ho acquistato dal distributore e ho pagato con la banconota da 50€ ma non ho visto che c’era scritto resto massimo 12€. sullo scontrino è riportato il resto mancante con sotto scritto da ritirare al gestore, qui c’è scritto che siete aperti ma l’orario sull’entrata segna le 8.30 e io dovrei andare a scuola.
martedì alle 12 se presento lo scontrino è possibile avere il resto mancante?
Excuse me by mistake today I bought from the distributor and paid with the € 50 banknote but I did not see that there was written a maximum change of € 12. the missing change is shown on the receipt with written below to be collected from the manager, here it says that you are open but the time at the entrance is 8.30 and I should go to school.
Tuesday at 12 if I present the receipt is it possible to have the change missing?
