Se non si è in grado di darli è meglio lasciare perdere anziché mettere in difficoltà le persone. I can't say anything for over-the-counter drugs but for some services they are not reliable. If you are not able to give it, it is better to leave it alone than to put people in trouble.

I servizi offerti dalla farmacia sono ottimi e svariati (estetica, osteopatia, nutrizionista, ecc...), ma il servizio che ritengo più efficiente è quello delle prenotazioni: mi è capitato di dover prenotare un paio di visite specialistiche e nel giro di due giorni, ho avuto la prenotazione nel posto da me indicato. Trovo questo servizio molto utile, in quanto non devi attendere ore e ore al telefono in attesa di una risposta dall'operatore. La consiglio vivamente! Well stocked pharmacy, highly qualified and helpful staff. The services offered by the pharmacy are excellent and varied (aesthetics, osteopathy, nutritionist, etc ...), but the service that I think is the most efficient is that of reservations: I happened to have to book a couple of specialist visits and within two days, I had the reservation in the place I indicated. I find this service very useful, as you don't have to wait hours on the phone waiting for an answer from the operator. I highly recommend it!

Servizio infimo. I put 1 star because 0 would not be possible ... endless queue despite the imbalance between staff (5 employees) and a few waiting customers. Terrible service.

Mi presento e la dottoressa mice che non passano solo quelli prenotati e che per quesra mattina non ne fanno più. DECIDETEVI!!!!!! I call to ask if they swab. They tell me there is no need to book.
