Red earth The quality of the food and drinks, the courtesy in the welcome and service, the interior and exterior layout improve year after year: it is always a pleasure to dine with loved ones. A compliment to all the staff, in particular to the owner and founder for his passion, his love and respect for nature, his need to learn and transfer the origin and treatment of food, respect for his collaborators, for the rules and the law.

Menù tipico, molto ricco, con porzioni abbondanti e con prezzi nella norma. Buona scelta della carta dei vini Lovely little place among the olive trees. Kind, attentive and present staff to be able to advise you in the best possible way. Typical menu, very rich, with generous portions and with average prices. Good choice of wine list
C	Camille Martini on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Nous avons passé un très bon séjour dans cet établissement ! Cadre reposant entouré de vignes et oliviers. La chambre est sommaire mais avec tout le nécessaire. Nous avons aussi pu goûter le menu à 25€, et nous avons passé une excellente soirée autour de spécialités locales excellentes (et même avec la musique locale que nous avons vraiment apprécié !). Les hôtes sont très sympathiques, tous au petit soin et avec de bons conseils pour nos visites du lendemain ! On ne manquera pas d'y repasser si nous revenons un jour dans le Salento ! We had a very good stay at this establishment! Restful setting surrounded by vineyards and olive trees. The room is basic but with everything you need. We were also able to taste the menu at 25 €, and we had a great evening around excellent local specialties (and even with the local music which we really enjoyed!). The hosts are very friendly, all with great care and with good advice for our visits the next day! We will not fail to return there if we ever come back to Salento!

Ahimè devo rettificare la prima impressione: arrivati gli antipasti (velocemente), ma oltre un certo numero di persone non hanno saputo tener conto delle porzioni e quindi ne sono arrivati pochi e da suddividere… Poi la decadenza totale sull’arrivo dei primi (piatto del giorno la calamarata di paccheri con crema di ceci e calamari ) con un’attesa di quasi un ora, per poi ritrovarsi una brodaglia con gamberi surgelati immangiabile. 2 su 5 sono stati portati indietro, gli altri mangiati per rispetto nei confronti del cibo stesso. Per quei due sostituiti sono arrivati una parmigiana buona, ma fredda e un piatto di orecchiette al sugo, ma non classiche bensì di grano arso…peccato dal sapore forte e bruciato che non a tutti piace..bisogna specificare quanto meno. Pertanto credo che non ci sarà una mia terza volta. I had already been there, and I also decided to return today bringing other people, so much was the good impression. For those two substituted a good parmigiana arrived, but cold and a plate of orecchiette with sauce, but not classic but of burnt wheat ... pity with a strong and burnt flavor that not everyone likes .. it must be specified at least. So I don't think there will be a third time of mine.

Un plauso per la pulizia delle stanze, eccellente. Da non sottovalutare la presenza del ristorante annesso all'agriturismo, molto frequentato anche dagli esterni, che offe una cucina verace con ingredienti a km 0, e dolci artigianali fatti giornalmente. Infine, la posizione dell'agriturismo è perfetta per visitare la costa Adriatica del Salento, e la vicina Otranto, perla della zona. The structure is immersed in the green of the Salento countryside. The beautiful swimming pool offers a convenient solution when it is not possible to go to the sea. A praise for the cleanliness of the rooms, excellent. Do not underestimate the presence of the restaurant attached to the farmhouse, also very popular with outsiders, which offers authentic cuisine with 0 km ingredients, and homemade desserts made daily. Finally, the location of the farm is perfect for visiting the Adriatic coast of Salento, and the nearby Otranto, the pearl of the area.

The service is on top and more than willed to fulfill the guest's wishes. Fresh, delicious and local/own harvested food makes every meal an amazing one. The surrounding area offers a lot of astonishing and awesome landscapes, beaches, caves and crystal blue seas and bays, that are coming along with an unbelievable view. I can say nothing more but highly recommend Agriturismo Terra Rossa.

Meals are natural and delicious - perfect. Everything is taken from the garden. In this place I felt so at home because the family who runs this place is kind-hearted, caring, helpful. This place is a true family business with a high level of service and I very much enjoyed the hospitality here. This place is definitely suitable for families with children, loving couples and best friends holiday. The site is located 10 minutes from the beautiful blue water and white sand beaches, water sports supporters beaches, lively town of Otranto, and great party spot-La Dolce Riva. I've just fallen in love with this place, family, neighborhood and Italy itself!
