Cibo ottimo con materie prime di primissima qualità. Enchanting place 700 meters high, 20 minutes from the culture and the Movida of Palermo and 25 from the beaches. Da un bene sequestrato alla mafia questa cooperativa ha dato vita ad un agriturismo pizzeria che vale la pena visitare. Ottimo locale per i soggetti con intolleranza al glutine.! Great place, exquisite pizzas and very kind and easy-going staff. Super clean place very organized. È più un ristorantino (non ha moltissimi coperti) di campagna con piatti ricercati e cucinati con prodotti delle loro terre genuini e buonissimi. Antipasti al piatto molto buoni e particolari... Due primi (una pasta e un risotto) strabuoni e serviti nella giusta quantità per poterli gustare e lasciare ancora spazio ai secondi e al dolce. Il secondo non è stato il classico tris di carne ma un piatto particolare composto da carne panata con pomodorino secco, una salsiccia condita molto buona e del roastbeef accompagnato da patate al forno molto buone e del insalatona di rucola e ciliegino. Per il dolce si poteva optare per diverse soluzioni... Personalmente ho scelto una cheesecake di cannolo scomposto aromatizzato con noci... Buonissimo!! Finito con caffè e amaro alle erbe di casa... Assolutamente consigliato per qualità e servizio da 5 stelle. Ultima nota... Il prezzo di un menù così ricercato è simile a tutti gli altri agriturismi.. 26 euro! Sunday lunch with the family to celebrate a 65th anniversary. All absolutely perfect. It is not the classic farmhouse. It is more a country restaurant (it does not have a lot of place settings) with refined dishes cooked with products from their genuine and delicious lands. Very good and special appetizers on the plate ... Two first courses (a pasta and a risotto) extra good and served in the right quantity to be able to taste them and still leave room for the second courses and the dessert. The second was not the classic trio of meat but a particular dish consisting of breaded meat with dried tomato, a very good seasoned sausage and roast beef accompanied by very good baked potatoes and a salad of rocket and cherry. For the dessert you could opt for different solutions ... Personally I chose a decomposed cannolo cheesecake flavored with walnuts ... Yummy !! Finished with coffee and home-made amaro ... Absolutely recommended for quality and 5-star service. Last note ... The price of such a refined menu is similar to all the other farmhouses .. 26 euros!
m	maria on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Io e la mia famiglia abbiamo mangiato in questo agriturismo per Ferragosto. La struttura è situata vicino allo svincolo per Piana degli Albanesi. Abbiamo mangiato molto bene: il menù non era il solito delle feste e alcuni piatti erano ricercati. Gli antipasti erano molto particolari, i primi ottimi, il secondo prevedeva diverse portate tra cui un pollo ai peperoni morbidissimo. Personale molto gentile e disponibile. Tempi rapidi. La sala era raccolta e non caotica come spesso, ahimè, succede durante questi pranzi. Ottimo il rapporto qualità-prezzo per un pranzo di Ferragosto. My family and I ate at this farm for August. The property is located near the junction for Piana degli Albanesi. We ate very well: the menu was not the usual of the holidays and some dishes were sophisticated. The appetizers were very special, the first excellent, the second included several courses including a very soft chicken with peppers. Staff very nice and helpful. Quick times. The room was cozy and not chaotic as often happens during these lunches. Excellent value for money for a mid-August lunch.

F	Frales on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Due sere fà, munito di green pass, sono stato nell’Agriturismo Portella della Ginestra (il luogo è noto, si trova tra San Giuseppe Jato e Piana degli Albanesi) dove la cortesia e il sorriso del personale sono un invito a tornare: Giusy, Emiliano ed Emilio, tre bravissime persone che fanno davvero bene il proprio lavoro, con entusiasmo ed attenzione al cliente. Non sto cantando le lodi di un locale, non è mia abitudine, se non sono soddisfatto lo dico subito e poi lo scrivo. La qualità della cucina è ottima, i prodotti sono molto buoni e, soprattutto, freschi, e i prezzi sono alla portata di tutte le tasche. E poi … c’è la pizza. È il capolavoro di Emilio, non ci sono parole per descrivere l’equilibrio e la bontà della pasta, creata con un mix perfetto di farine e germe di grano. Guardate quella della foto, è una semplice parmigiana, eppure è squisita, non appesantisce e si digerisce benissimo. È stata una piacevole esperienza. Tornerò. Grazie.? Two evenings ago, equipped with a green pass, I was in the Agriturismo Portella della Ginestra (the place is well known, it is located between San Giuseppe Jato and Piana degli Albanesi) where the courtesy and smile of the staff are an invitation to return: Giusy, Emiliano and Emilio, three very good people who do their job really well, with enthusiasm and attention to the customer. I am not singing the praises of a local, it is not my habit, if I am not satisfied I say it immediately and then I write it. The quality of the cuisine is excellent, the products are very good and, above all, fresh, and the prices are within reach of all budgets. And then ... there is the pizza. It is Emilio's masterpiece, there are no words to describe the balance and goodness of the pasta, created with a perfect mix of flour and wheat germ. Look at the one in the photo, it is a simple parmigiana, yet it is exquisite, it does not weigh down and is digested very well. It was a pleasant experience. I'll be back. Thanks

Piatti particolari, ben presentati e gustosissimi, non il tipico menù da agriturismo siciliano, ottimo vino rosso in bottiglia incluso nel prezzo, insomma ... consigliatissimo! Torneremo sicuramente A welcoming place, surrounded by nature, young staff, welcoming, precise, respectful of the anticovid rules. Special dishes, well presented and very tasty, not the typical Sicilian farmhouse menu, excellent red wine in the bottle included in the price, in short ... highly recommended! We will definitely be back
