★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ho portato una macchina da caffè guasta, mi è stato detto che ci voleva un mese ( credo già troppo) ma ho accettato per necessità. Dopo vari solleciti per sapere a che punto fosse il lavoro, passano due mesi e ancora nulla. Al che, decido di chiamare: mi dicono che posso passare, quindi nel pomeriggio vado. All'arrivo negozio scopro che il lavoro non è stato fatto perché la macchina irreparabile, due mesi di attesa senza ricevere alcuna comunicazione e senza risolvere alcun problema. Per dì più ho dovuto pagare 10 euro e, al mio lamentarmi, lo scorbutico e maleducato addetto mi ha trattata molto male. Servizio vergognoso, pessimo rapporto con i clienti, sconsigliatissimo.
I brought a broken coffee machine, I was told it would take a month (I think already too long) but I accepted out of necessity. After several reminders to find out where the work was, two months pass and still nothing. At which, I decide to call: they tell me that I can pass, so in the afternoon I go. Upon arrival at the shop I discover that the work has not been done because the machine was irreparable, two months of waiting without receiving any communication and without solving any problem. For more I had to pay 10 euros and, to my complain, the grumpy and rude clerk treated me very badly. Disgraceful service, bad relationship with customers, highly discouraged.

Io per esempio ho trovato dei gancetti per il mio trolley Stanley che altrimenti avrei dovuto buttare via.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Disorganizzati. Sono andata da loro per comprare un pezzo di aspirapolvere e mi dicono che ci vogliono 15 giorni. Mi chiamano dopo 15 gg per ritirare il pezzo dell'aspirapolvere, vado in negozio e non hanno il pezzo. Quindi passano altri 10 giorni. Non si sono neanche scusati dell'inconveniente, poco cordiali e per niente gentili.
Disorganized. I went to them to buy a piece of vacuum cleaner and they tell me it takes 15 days. They call me after 15 days to collect the vacuum cleaner piece, I go to the shop and they don't have the piece. Then another 10 days pass. They did not even apologize for the inconvenience, unfriendly and not at all kind.
