Il ricambio era destinato alla parte posteriore della macchina, che per ovvi motivi ha una frequenza di utilizzo molto limitata. Qualche mese e qualche azionamento dopo, il ricambio in questione smette di funzionare, contatto il venditore, il quale sin da subito e nonostante l'obbligo di legge mi nega qualsiasi forma di assistenza. In allegato vi lascio la nostra conversazione che riporta le sue "ricche ed esaustive" risposte. Adesso, oltre a dover cercare un altro pezzo, pagare nuovamente la manodopera (che costa il triplo del ricambio stesso), devo anche tenere la macchina ferma. Vi lascio immaginare l'entità del danno... Sicuramente faro qualche segnalazione agli organi competenti, non tanto per il danno materiale quanto per una questione di principio. Abbiamo dei diritti garantiti per legge e bisogna farli rispettare. Less than 1 year ago I bought the window mechanism for my car from these gentlemen. The replacement was intended for the rear part of the machine, which for obvious reasons has a very limited frequency of use. A few months and a few drives later, the spare part in question stops working, I contact the seller, who immediately and despite the legal obligation denies me any form of assistance. Attached I leave you our conversation which reports his "rich and comprehensive" answers. Now, in addition to having to look for another part, pay the labor again (which costs triple the part itself), I also have to keep the machine still. I leave you to imagine the extent of the damage ... I will certainly make some reports to the competent bodies, not so much for the material damage as for a matter of principle. Spedito miseramente in maniera superficiale e del tutto insufficiente a garantire protezione alla merce, non consigliato. P.S. vogliono avere anche ragione ma l'assenza di imballo è un dato di fatto non una opinione.
