★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Il negozio è molto bello, espone una varietà di prodotto apprezzabile. Non solo mozzarella ma anche pasta, biscotti, salumi ecc. Il problema è che la mozzarella (prezzi nella media, circa 14€/kg) non ha sapore, ai supermercati si trova di meglio. Dispiace perché secondo me si fidano dei fornitori senza assaggiare di tanto in tanto e questo è il risultato. Di sicuro non mi fermerò più.
The shop is very nice, it exhibits an appreciable variety of product. Not only mozzarella but also pasta, biscuits, cold cuts etc. The problem is that mozzarella (average prices, around € 14 / kg) has no flavor, in supermarkets it is better. Sorry because in my opinion they trust suppliers without tasting occasionally and this is the result. I will certainly never stop.

Ottima posizione per fermarsi a fare scorta di prodotti di loro produzione o per una pausa, che sia un pranzo, una colazione o uno spuntino. Il caseificio infatti presenta un bistrot dove poter assaggiare prodotti di loro produzioni. Non solo formaggi o latticini ma anche primi, secondi e dolci. Nella foto dei buonissimi ravioli con ricotta di bufala e pomodorino giallo.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Non Essendo del posto ci siamo fatti consigliare, da una persona anziana trovata per caso... La mozzarella di Bufala è eccezzionale, le ricottina sono strepotose e la professionalita' e la cordialita' della signora è unica... Ritorneremo e ne prenderemo il doppio..
