★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Trattamento telefonico davvero pessimo. Prima volta che contatto la struttura a seguito di una ottima esperienza raccontata da una amica, ma la poco cordiale Signora che risponde al telefono, fa svanire ogni interesse a frequentare ed utilizzare i loro servizi. Peccato!
Very bad telephone treatment. When you first contact the following structure of a great experience told by a friend, but the unfriendly lady who answers the phone, dispels any interest to attend and use their services. Sin!

A lady called Daniela (very rude) filled me with calls in one day and I never phoned her. The number comes from this place, please stop calling me.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ero a pranzo con la mia amica quando è stata chiamata da questa signora Daniela. La mia amica ha dei problemi economici ed un lavoro instabile e quando questa segretaria l'ha chiamata IL GIORNO PRIMA dell'appuntamento lei ha detto che non poteva venire per motivi lavorativi (cambiamenti di orario all'ultimo momento) . Questa signora se l'è presa con lei perché non aveva avvertito prima e ha chiuso la chiamata. Beh, insomma ottimo servizio.
I was having lunch with my friend when she was called by this lady Daniela. My friend has financial problems and an unstable job and when this secretary called her THE DAY BEFORE the appointment she said she couldn't come for work reasons (last minute changes of schedule). This lady took it out on her because she hadn't warned before and ended the call. Well, in short, great service.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The doctors and the peoper there are super nice and kindly. I am pregnant and we made the appointment since this February,everything goes well till now! Around 26 weeks.They are quite patient to us, even I am terrible for taking in Italian, it is quite nice experience to be with them during my pregnant period. Grazie Mille!
