L	Laura Sebastianutti on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Dopo aver cercato su Internet soluzioni di vario genere per un soggiorno di una settimana a Riccione, proprio a Ferragosto, ci capita sott'occhio questo family residence e già l'impatto con il sito è positivo. Decidiamo di prenotare perché l'offerta ci convince e le immagini dell'appartamento anche di più. E infatti quanto viene proposto e promesso viene anche mantenuto: molto comoda la localizzazione, in una via dove si trovano tutti i servizi ed esercizi commerciali di qualità, a due passi dal mare, in un ambiente curato dentro e fuori; funzionale e pulito l'appartamento con un'ampia zona giorno attrezzata, due camere matrimoniali e due bagni, spazi adeguati, comprese le ampie terrazze; quarto piano con vista panoramica e ascensore panoramico!; ottima la possibilità di parcheggio e ampia la disponibilità di biciclette per potersi muovere. Non da ultimo, la disponibilità del titolare, il gentilissimo e paziente Daniele Sarti che sa come mettere a suo agio gli ospiti. Insomma, davvero un bel soggiorno. Grazie di tutto. Appartamento con tutti le comodità come a casa e molto pulito. Daniele il proprietario e una persona fantastica. Mi sono trovata benissimo. Consigliatissimo per una vacanza relax. Beautiful residence in the Terme di Riccione area. Near the sea and all services. A stone's throw from Viale Ceccarini. Apartment with all the comforts like home and very clean. Bellissimo trilocale, tranquillo, pulito e in posizione strategica vicino a negozi di ogni genere. Daniele, il proprietario, è davvero disponibile e pronto ad aiutare in ogni modo. Se volete soggiornare a Riccione andate almResidence Orchidea Nuova e rimarrete soddisfatti !!!!! I stayed at this property in August for 2 weeks and I must say that I amontrovata very well. Beautiful three-room apartment, quiet, clean and in a strategic position close to all kinds of shops. Daniele, the owner, is really helpful and ready to help in any way. If you want to stay in Riccione go to almResidence Orchidea Nuova and you will be satisfied !!!!!

Noi ci affacciavamo sulla pineta ed è stato molto piacevole. Daniele, il proprietario, è gentile cordiale disponibile per ogni esigenza. Sicuramente ci torneremo. Lo consiglio vivamente . We stayed in August and had a great time. Clean apartment equipped with all necessary services. We overlooked the pine forest and it was very pleasant. Daniele, the owner, is kind friendly available for every need. We will definitely be back. I highly recommend it.

Gentilezza e cortesia sono all’ordine del giorno, infatti il proprietario è estremamente attento e disponibile. Ottima la gestione degli spazi comuni, cosa importantissima a causa del Covid-19. Vicinissimo al mare, mette a disposizione ben due parcheggi gratuiti uno sotterraneo con elevatore e l’altro all’aperto non molto distante con accesso con combinazione. La zona in cui si trova è molto verde e tranquilla , la sera viale San Martino diventa isola pedonale e con una camminata di dieci minuti si arriva in viale Ceccarini. Se torneremo a Riccione sicuramente sarà al residence Orchidea. Well furnished apartment with all comforts, where cleaning is ten and praise. Very close to the sea, it offers two free parking spaces, one underground with a lift and the other in the open air, not far away with combined access. The area in which it is located is very green and quiet, in the evening viale San Martino becomes a pedestrian area and with a ten minute walk you arrive in viale Ceccarini. If we return to Riccione, it will certainly be at the Orchidea residence.

However, it is an exceptional solution even for those who have no children and want to enjoy the sea, the city and restaurants, in the area there is everything nearby. Even supermarkets, chemistryy and bars are just a few meters from the residence. Apartment. The spaces are large and well organized, very airy. The terrace is spectacular and very large, you can eat outside; we were on the third floor, we could hear the sea and we were surrounded by the branches of the pine trees. Silent dishwasher in the kitchen and washing machine available in the bathroom. The kitchen is stocked with everything from pots to vegetable mills. Excellent oven and fridge with separate freezer. The sofa is very large and comfortable. The bedroom has a nice big bed and lots of closet space. Overall the apartment was bright and well ventilated with windows open (we went in early May). A few steps from the seafront, a few minutes from the city center and shops, the residence has also provided bicycles, child seats and helmet. The garage for the car was a plus that perfectly matched the comfort of the elevator that connected the garage and the apartments, perfect for suitcases and all you bring with the children. Soundproofing: it works! Daniele adds professionalism, kindness and sympathy to the reception. We'll be back!
