Vomito in giardino, sporcizia ovunque (il giardino dopo la pulizia richiesta da noi era ancora in condizioni pietose, confezioni di preservativi usati e sporcizia di ogni genere, degna di "giardini da incubo"), casa in condizioni pessime e senza un minimo di confort, lavatrice non funzionante aggiustata dopo nostre indicazioni, caldaia degli anni 60 mezza arrugginita che ogni due giorni si fermava "riavvio manuale fatto da noi", cappa e cucina al limite di "cucine da incubo", Una TV per 6 posti letto, in sala, da 14 pollici, nessun ventilatore, pala o condizionatore in nessuna camera/spazi comuni. Insomma una Vacanza da dimenticare, dal punto di vista della casa e della agenzia, per fortuna che riccione è sempre riccione! Dopo essermi lamentato verbalmente e via mail, la risposta è stata: Poteva venire qui a vedere l'appartamento!, si da Monza mi è comodo venire a Riccione per vedere un appartamento confermato a marzo, quindi venire a Riccione a febbraio per visionarlo, quando il deserto assoluto regna e l'appartamento magari è stato anche chiuso per l'inverno e sistemato! Considerando che i prezzi sono molto alti, il rapporto qualità prezzo è zero assoluto! Gestisco un bb a Monza, se dovessi trattare gli ospiti come hanno fatto loro, fallirei subito! After having complained verbally and via e-mail, the answer was: You could have come here to see the apartment !, yes from Monza it is convenient for me to come to Riccione to see a confirmed apartment in March, then come to Riccione in February to view it, when the absolute desert reigns and the apartment may have even been closed for the winter and fixed! Considering that the prices are very high, the value for money is absolute zero! I run a bb in Monza, if I were to treat guests like they did, I would fail right away!

g	giulia chiarella on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Rapporto qualità-prezzo decisamente pessimo: cucina male attrezzata, caldaia non funzionante, tv anni '20, bagno a dir poco pietoso, privo di box doccia, con bidet e vaschetta wc rotti e mal funzionanti. Stanze senza aria condizionata e porta con segni di precedente scassinatura. Personale dell'agenzia, inizialmente rivelatosi cortese e disponibile, successivamente maleducato ed indisponente al momento della partenza. Gli unici aspetti positivi sono un ampio terrazzo vista mare e la vicinanza alle spiagge, ai supermercati ed alle vie del centro. The only positive aspects are a large terrace overlooking the sea and proximity to the beaches, supermarkets and downtown streets.

Chiamiamo per ottenere una casa /appartamento e ci vengono gentilmente fornite tutte le info. Traggo quindi la conclusione che l'alloggio sia libero perché altrimenti per quale motivo impegnarsi così a fondo nel fornirci tutte le info? La cosa più spiacevole è stato scoprire, solo dopo una seconda chiamata,che la casa era già occupata. Pensavo che l'incubo Lisbona non si potesse ripresentare anche qui. Per fortuna che in questa situazione qua mi sono evitato almeno il prosciutto dilaniato dai cani e seghettato. Bad experience. Appartamento come descritto, centrale e comodo ai servizi ma in una posizione tranquilla (potevamo dormire con le finestre aperte), con tutto quello che può rendere bellissima una vacanza all'insegna della comodità e della libertà nel gestirsi gli orari. Agenzia superconsigliata. Ritorneremo sicuramente. We were greeted with kindness and professionalism, staff available for every need. Apartment as described, central and convenient to services but in a quiet location (we could sleep with the windows open), with everything that can make a holiday of comfort and freedom in managing schedules beautiful. Super recommended agency. We will definitely be going back.

Appena richiamiamo per prenotare, ci dicono che avevano "il presentimento" che fosse già occupato e che hanno controllato dopo e confermano che il posto è già occupato. Controllare prima di rispondere alle nostre domande no? Totale assenza di professionalità. Bad experience.
