Pensavamo di semplificare la nostra vita appoggiandoci a questa agenzia:’Famiglia Serena’. Molto di quello che ci è stato promesso all’inizio, con lunghe e forbite conversazioni, non sono state mantenute.
Abbiamo testato fino a 5 persone inviate da questa agenzia .. e posso dire che alla fine eravamo sfiniti… affranti… psicologicamente distrutti ..ne abbiamo mandati giù di rospi.. cercando in qualche modo di dare una mano verso chi veniva inviato dalla agenzia alla nostra famiglia. Non era solo una questione di lingua, ma erano persone assolutamente non adatte a questo lavoro, senza nessuna preparazione con personalità incomprensibili. Non sto qui a scrivere le persone o i singoli eventi perché non potrebbero rendere l’idea di quel che abbiamo passato. Ma posso dire che abbiamo avuto a che fare con aggressioni verbali (fisiche?).. comportamenti infantili .. persone asociali .. alcolismo .. richieste di soldi ai vicini di casa.. . abbandono. .. e molto altro. È stato un vero incubo.

We thought we would simplify our lives by supporting this agency: "Famiglia Serena". Much of what was promised to us at the beginning, with long and polished conversations, has not been maintained.
We tested up to 5 people sent by this agency .. and I can say that in the end we were exhausted ... broken ... psychologically destroyed ... we sent down toads ... trying in some way to help out those who were sent by the agency to our family. It was not just a question of language, but they were absolutely unsuitable people for this job, without any preparation with incomprehensible personalities. I'm not here to write people or individual events because they couldn't make the idea of what we went through. But I can say that we have had to deal with verbal (physical?) Aggressions .. childish behaviors .. asocial people .. alcoholism .. requests for money from neighbors ... abandonment. .. and so on. It was a real nightmare.
