M	MS on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Beautifully located hotel, near marina with private beach club. The stuff is very friendly and helpful, especially in the hotel bar. In the garage are big parking spaces and it is easy to access and exit. But many times were problems with electricity, there was no light in the room. Moreover room service did not respect "do not disturb" tag on the door handle and take it away and get into our room!!! Moreover in the minibar was an information, that it is complimentary and there was not a price list anywhere, but finally we had to pay for the drinks.

The service the location and the view everything that highlighted my trip was this place being a amazing. I would recommend everyone stay a week because this is truly what service is about.
T	Tom Nakatani (t2co) on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Premium hotel in a premium location. First thing - if you're driving to this resort, do not trust your GPS. It will direct you to the the wrong road which is gated and only for residents. The correct road is down Strada Provinciale 3 whose entrance is a couple of kilometers down the highway and is a twisty road down to the marina area. You'll need to drive past parking lots and businesses all the way to the end, where you'll still find a gate at a parking garage. However you'll see references to the resort and know you're in the right place. Given how the resort is built along a cliff, the parking garage is actually above the main reception area and you'll need to take an elevator down to check in. The staff is incredibly friendly and helpful as you'd expect at a resort location like this. The room was clean and spacious with incredible views of the marina and sea. While I was only spending a night here I would have happily extended my stay to experience more of the area. They have an extensive spa that I would have loved to have taken advantage of. This is the kind of location that I like to use all those points from business travel and make it seem worthwhile. There are several restaurants and stores on the property and the nearby public beach has a number of small stands to pick up street food and snacks. Overall this was a great stay and highly recommend staying for a memorable visit.
M	M on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This was one of the best stays I have ever had. The location of the hotel is stunningly beautiful, and the hotel itself is well appointed, clean and modern. We had a beautiful 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom suite with a large terrace overlooking the Marina. The pool and beach were spectacular and we used them every day. Every meal we ate was exceptional and the restaurant staff were lovely. Nicola in the Cliff restaurant was particularly kind and made my stay extra special. The Reception staff were beyond helpful and even assisted my mum to arrange a surprise Birthday cake for me (which was quite honestly the best tasting cake I have ever eaten). Value for money is exceptional here and I would have expected it to cost far more for the quality of service we received. I didn’t want to leave, and I can’t wait to go back.

Everybody is very friendly, service orientated and do everything to make your stay as comfortable as possible. This from the breakfast staff till reception, concierge, and from the bartender till the housecleaning team. A particular compliment to Ramon and Piero, 2 great reception/concierge staff members. If you think you get already great service, they go beyond and do the extra mile. We definitely come back. The area is also just amazing.
J	Janos on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Liked it. Used SNA and got upgraded to an executive suite even during high-season. Room was spacious, stylish and silent with a nice view to the port. Best part was probably the extremely comfortable bed. Unfortunately Acqua di Parma toiletries are gone from the small but nice bathroom. While hardware was really solid we felt there was some improvement in service, mainly related to communication. On the other hand must say that we appreciated many of employees seemed to do their best. With some further care this could be a very good hotel. One example: as a beach resort it was a pity that hotel had only one and quite small pool (well, hotel is also not big but that pool was small vs number of guests at the beach club), the (fresh) water was colder than sea temperature. While it was cold for my wife I used it but only once. Unfortunately there was no separate child zone of the hotel beach, so this small pool was usually occupied by loudly playing kids. We thought some good chill/lounge music - occasionally played by a dj - could more fit to a beach club atmosphere than screaming children jumping into the pool. Actually Portopiccolo has another beach club which is having that vibe which Falisia tries to link to their own, unfortunately that club doesn’t belong to the hotel.
