Dopo il lavoro effettuato senza la minima ricevuta ed averlo messaggiato, chiamato e whatsappato più e più volte, il signor Marco ha preferito semplicemente ignorare di aver ricevuto qualche migliaio di euro per un lavoro che a suo dire sarebbe durato “tutta la vita”. Non gli si chiedeva di rifare il lavoro daccapo ma almeno di venire a vedere cosa c’era che non andava: IL NULLA. Si è negato clamorosamente, semplicemente ignorando il misfatto. Pregate che il vs lavoro tenga e soprattutto richiedete ricevuta o fattura sennò vi trovate nella mia situazione

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Non avrei messo neanche una stella ma purtroppo per fare una recensione bisogna metterne almeno una. Dopo 4 anni questo è la fine del nostro soppalco. 4 anni di telefonate e messaggi per chiedere di venire a controllare perché secondo noi marciva il legno, un messaggio della parte della falegnameria che ci rispondeva di stare tranquilli che questo tipo di legno non marciva. Ora dopo 1000 messaggi ci viene consigliato una struttura in metallo perché evidentemente in legno la struttura non va bene. Non raccomanderei questa falegnameria nemmeno al mio peggiore nemico. Siamo stati a rischio crollo per tanti anni. Il titolare è una persona assolutamente non professionale e strafottente una presa in giro considerevole. Le foto parlano da se. Una vera delusione.

After 4 years this is the end of our mezzanine. 4 years of phone calls and messages to ask to come and check why in our opinion the wood was rotting, a message from the part of the carpentry who replied to be sure that this type of wood did not rot. Now after 1000 messages we are advised to have a metal structure because obviously the structure is not good in wood. I would not recommend this carpentry even to my worst enemy. We have been at risk of collapse for many years. The owner is an absolutely unprofessional and arrogant person a considerable mockery. The photos speak for themselves. A real disappointment.
