Li contatti, ti rispondo che ti richiameranno e poi non si fanno più vivi. Se dopo giorni e giorni di attesa provi a richiamarli, ti rispondono in modo infastidito fissando poi un appuntamento al quale non si presentano. I clienti vanno trattati in maniera differente. Meglio rivolgersi ad altri, a meno che non si abbia voglia di attendere mesi. Very good at doing their job, no arguing (hence the 2 stars instead of one), but whenever you need it is an odyssey. You contact them, I tell you that they will call you back and then they don't show up anymore. If after days and days of waiting you try to call them back, they respond in an annoyed way and then make an appointment to which they do not show up. Customers need to be treated differently. Better to turn to others, unless you want to wait months.

Poco dopo l'installazione si sono presentati (vedi fotografie) vistosi problemi di ruggine sulle cerniere di chiusura delle finestre, si è sbiadito a fasce " l'interno " del portone d'ingresso e diverse rotture nelle guarnizioni. Nonostante i 1000 solleciti i fratelli dbg si sono SEMPRE SOTTRATTI AGLI ACCORDI CONTRATTUALI NEGANDOSI. La scarsità qualitativa del lavoro è ben visibile, quella morale è ben nascosta. Resto sempre a disposizione dei fratelli dbg per chiarimenti, visto che passano quasi ogni giorno davanti a casa mia. Profondamente deluso.
