Abbiamo dovuto affrontare un trasloco difficile, in una situazione complicata anche dal punto di vista umano, con molte ansie e preoccupazioni. Sono stati strepitosi in tutte le fasi, dal sopralluogo, alla preprazione fino alla fase finale di consegna e montaggio. Sono andati ben oltre le più rosee aspettative, trovando anche soluzioni alternative nei momenti di panico e creando un ambiente piacevole e privo di preoccupazione. La preprazione delle cose da trasportare è avvenuta in maniera efficace e professionale, dando fortemente l'impressione di un'azienda che sa quello che fa. Tutto è stato impacchettato e trasportato con criteri ben solidi e non c'è stato un solo problema, neanche un piccolo graffio alle cose o alla casa. Anche lo scarico è stato così ben ragionato che 24 ore dopo abbiamo praticamente terminato di mettere a posto tutto quanto. Un team davvero incredibile, che ha lavorato strenuamente rendendo un momento difficile molto più facile da gestire, il tutto a prezzi più che competitivi. Falconi's level of professionalism is something absolutely incredible. We had to face a difficult move, in a complicated situation also from a human point of view, with many anxieties and worries. They were amazing in all phases, from the inspection, to the preparation up to the final phase of delivery and assembly. They went far beyond the wildest expectations, also finding alternative solutions in moments of panic and creating a pleasant and worry-free environment. The preparation of the things to be transported took place effectively and professionally, strongly giving the impression of a company that knows what it is doing. Everything was packed and transported with very solid criteria and there was not a single problem, not even a small scratch on things or the house. Even the exhaust was so well thought out that 24 hours later we practically finished fixing everything. A truly incredible team, who have worked hard making a difficult time much easier to manage, all at more than competitive prices.

b	beppe nardi on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ PESSIMI: dovevo portare una vecchia stufa caricandola su un furgone. Uno spostamento di 10 metri in linea d'aria. Avevo inviato le foto, specificato il peso, sottolineato il fatto che la stufa era fragile e spiegato che in precedenza era stata spostata e caricata da 4 persone. Preventivo per spostamento e carico (il trasporto lo avrei fatto io) 250 Euro + IVA. Ho accettato: mi attendevo per quell'importo una squadra con gli strumenti adatti. Si sono presentati in 2 con un carrellino modello "sposto un vaso di fiori". Dopo 2 minuti la gamba della stufa era mezza staccata. I "trasportatori" hanno chiesto a me il materiale per appoggiare la stufa sul carrello..... Avevo affitatto il furgone, dovevo portare la stufa a Udine, insomma non avevo alternative. Ho dovuto scrivere una liberatoria assumendomi la responsabilità di qualsiasi danno. Per 250 Euro ho potuto contare su due ragazzoni privi di qualsiasi attrezzo. Alla fine, grazie a un pallet e qualche pezzo di legno procurato in extremis da un mio amico, la stufa (con piedino mezzo rotto) è stata caricata con estrema fatica e molta precarietà. A Udine 3 amici non professionisti, l'hanno scaricata in 10 minuti su un vero carrello dotato di un pallet, e immagazzinata in tutta sicurezza... Consiglio di evitare questi pressapochisti costosissimi. BAD: I had to bring an old stove and load it into a van. A displacement of 10 meters as the crow flies. I had rented the van, I had to bring the stove to Udine, in short, I had no alternative. I had to write a release and take responsibility for any damage. For 250 Euros I could count on two big boys without any tools. In the end, thanks to a pallet and a few pieces of wood procured in extremis by a friend of mine, the stove (with half-broken foot) was loaded with extreme effort and a lot of precariousness. In Udine, 3 non-professional friends unloaded it in 10 minutes on a real trolley equipped with a pallet, and stored in complete safety ... I recommend avoiding these very expensive carers.

Ho da fare purtroppo una puntualizzazione sul modo di gestite e di presentare i precentivi. Quando la persona incaricata ti viene a casa per vedere la quantità e ha spiegarti i prezzi o le soluzioni dovrebbe dire o meglio lo deve fare (per correttezza ) che il primo mese paventato come gratuito di deposito , lo è solamente nel caso in cui uno usufruisca di loro per la riconsegna( cosa che anche sul preventivo non è spiegato) come anche del fatto che i loro magazzini in realtà non sono loro ma in realtà si appoggiano ad altri e che per questo motivo non si può andare di persona a prendere del materiale, ma bisogna fare richiesta a loro e pagare ovviamente. Tutte cose che sono scritte sulla bolla di presa in carico ( cosa che non ti viene rilasciata alla riconsegna del proprio materiale) l'ultimo giorno di transloco e che uno dovrebbe andarsi a leggere. Mi domando, e se a uno queste condizioni non andassero bene che fate, riportate tutto indietro???? Le condizioni contrattuali vanno fatte leggere al cliente e firmate per accettazione prima dell'inizio del transloco e non a cose fatte....troppo facile altrimenti. I made a move in June. The contractual conditions must be read to the customer and signed for acceptance before the start of the move and not after things are done ... too easy otherwise.

Rapporto qualità prezzo ottimo! il mio trasloco è andato in maniera egregia. Si sono occupati anche dello smaltimento AUTORIZZATO di alcuni arredi che non ho portato con me. Professionali e completi sotto ogni punto di vista.
