La commessa è stata di una maleducazione senza pari, ha trattato i miei genitori cone pezzenti dolo.perche non erano vestiti firmati e con gioielli costosi.
Ottima la qualità dei maglioni che vendono,
Invece di pubblicizzare i prodotti dovreste insegnare educazione e professionalità al personale.

Per problemi di tempo utilizzo il sito è acquisto on line.
Mi trovo molto bene, ma l’acquisto non sempre ti da l’esperienza tattile di un acquisto in negozio.
È capitato di acquistare capi di Falconeri,presso negozi a Milano, ma l’esperienza non è stata degna di essere particolarmente ricordata.
Vorrei porre invece l’attenzione sul negozio Falconeri in centro LECCO.
L’ambiente giovane, fresco e cordiale ti fanno sentire al centro di un’attenzione rara.
Il personale è preparato competente e disponibile.
Trasmettono empatia come se ci si conoscesse da tempo.
Una particolare nota di merito va a Francesca, che oltre ad essere, gentile educata, e paziente, conosce molto bene il prodotto che propone, e valorizza con i suoi consigli,un acquisto adatto al cliente.
È anche molto critica se un capo non è adatto, e non spinge a tutti i costi la vendita…come dire un’ottima personal shopper.
Un passaggio va riconosciuto a Sue, che nei momenti necessari arriva a supporto di ogni sua collega, che con la sua lunga esperienza suggerisce soluzioni e da consigli adatti
