β β β β β Una S.P.A a conduzione familiare, tutte le posizioni di rilievo sono occupate gelosamente da parenti o amici stretti.
I lavoratori vengono trattati in base all'umore mattutino dei titolari, non vi Γ¨ il minimo rispetto e comprensione verso gli stessi. Sono solo numeri.
Nel recente passato la ditta ha ricoperto il ruolo di βGiudice, Giuria e Boia" dando la colpa ad un gruppo di dipendenti per un furto avvenuto al suo interno. Ha βemesso una sentenzaβ addebitando loro una somma, seppur esigua, come "risarcimento".
Consigliato solo ai giovani appena usciti dalla scuola per racimolare qualche soldo in vista delle vacanze estive. Altrimentiβ¦
STATENE ALLA LARGA!!
A S.P.A. family, all senior positions are occupied jealously by relatives or close friends.
Workers are processed in morning mood of the owners, there is no respect and understanding towards them. They are just numbers.
In the recent past, the company has served as "Judge, Jury and Executioner" blaming a group of employees for a place burglary inside. It has "ruled" by charging them an amount, albeit small, as "compensation ".
Recommended only for young people just out of school to make some money ahead of the summer holidays. Otherwiseβ¦
