s	saverio zotta on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Volevo sapere come risolvere un problema alla mia autoradio, causa smarrimento CODE, SEMBRAVA CHE AVESSI CHIESTO UNA MANUTENZIONE STRAORDINARIA ALLA MIA MERCEDES, oppure avessi chiesto di by passare altri, nulla di tutto ciò, per farla breve mi ha riferito che era un lavoro un po difficoltoso e quindi dovevo ritornare a fine estate, inizio di ottobre....ho ringraziato e sono andato via, ho chiamato la concessionaria di Salerno mercedes, il personale gentilissimo a risolvere il mio problema in meno di 5 minuti inoltre volevo pagare il fastidio chiedendo se potevo pagare facendo un bonifico, loro mi hanno ringraziato dicendomi che non dovevo nulla. Per me è un calvario, da maggio è iniziato il mio incubo. E da parte di assistenza falcar, non trovo altro che arroganza menefreghismo e prepotenza. A febbraio ho acquistato l'auto nuova e ad aprile si presentano i primi problemi che segnalo al Capo officina falcar, per farla breve dopo farmi tornare ripetute volte in officina (facendomi percorrere 250km tra andata e ritorno) mi risolvono il problema il 22 luglio. Mi ritrovo ad oggi ad avere nuovamente problemi e cosa ritrovo da assistenza falcar? nuovamente lo stesso iter scorso concludendo la telefonata che potevo rivolgermi presso un'altra officina mercedes. Non solo ho speso un sacco di soldi per una macchina nata male non ho riscontrato nemmeno disponibilità alla risoluzione del problema. Nothing to say about the sale, found it very well. Devo evidenziare la cortesia del personale preposto sia all'accoglienza che al resto che concerne la procedura stessa! Ieri, è stato completato il montaggio per il richiamo Mercedes!!! Devo ringraziare per la cortesia tutti i componenti la sede, nessuno escluso, difatti ho potuto constatare di persona a 360 gradi tutta la struttura. Grazie, a presto .
