Struttura incantevole, bella, pulita ben organizzata, partendo dal posto più importante " il bagno ". In questo periodo particolare bisogna " prenotare " rispetto massimo delle regole, mascherine, ambienti e superfici sanificate appena vengono lasciate dal cliente per poter ospitare il prossimo avventore. Poi passiamo al piatto forte.... mi è capitato di mangiare in un sushi bar/ristorante ecc. In molti posti in Italia e nel mondo, ma qui ho trovato prodotti di una freschezza impareggiabile, di primo livello. I prezzi sono adeguati alla qualità ed al servizio molto soft. Complimenti Vivissimi. Consigliatissimo 5 stelle Michelin. This Sushi Bar in Scalea is the outpost of a meeting place typical of a metropolis. Charming, beautiful, clean and well organized, starting from the most important place "the bathroom". In this particular period it is necessary to "book" maximum respect for the rules, masks, environments and sanitized surfaces as soon as they are left by the customer in order to accommodate the next customer. Then we move on to the main course .... I happened to eat in a sushi bar / restaurant etc. In many places in Italy and in the world, but here I have found products of unparalleled freshness, of the first level. The prices are adequate for the quality and very soft service. Vivid congratulations. Highly recommended 5 Michelin stars.

Il locale moderno con arredi orientali é il posto perfetto dove passare la splendida serata che vi attenderà. Se volete fare un viaggio nella cucina fusion costellata di tocchi di classe, veniteci. Semplicemente, INCREDIBILE!!! I would like to describe this experience in one word, but I cannot. All infinitely cared for in the smallest details from Renato's welcome to the dishes. The modern restaurant with oriental furnishings is the perfect place to spend the wonderful evening that awaits you. If you want to take a journey into fusion cuisine studded with touches of class, come here. Simply incredible!!!

We ate excellent fresh fish, in an environment with a very nice design. Try the rolls with rosamarina inside. Very good.

A bit expensive perhaps for the ammount of food they serve due to the cost of the formula "To go", otherwise would have been ok. The worse is the lack of wasabi, or soy sauce in the plate. They were so stingy like they were serving gold!

Avocado wasn't creamy as I would expect it to be and prepared with some imperfection. More veggi options like pumpkin would be nice but maybe there is not enough demand. I would definately go there again!
