β β β β β It is totally waste of time and money. The sushi is just mediocre. Whoever thinks this is decent sushi probably hadnβt had authentic sushi by real sushi chefs. The rice is dry and the ratio of vinegar, salt and sugar are way off. This so called sushi restaurant is operated by fujianese, which are Chinese from southeast China. The service had been one of the worst customer service I have ever experienced in any country. It took forever to have the woman taking orders and even took longer to bring out the food. I donβt blame them not be able to understand English. What really upsetting is that when I try to speak to them in mandarin, they all pretend not to understand me. The waitresses speak Mandarin Chinese to each other but refuse to speak to me. They should know their fujianese accent Italian couldnβt have made me think they are Italian born Chinese. So whatβs the point to pretend!

Service is bad and slow, there is Only one waitress taking the orders, and they delivered the food very slow, almost 50% guests went away after 14:30 to give up the food which was not arrived yet. We insisted to wait for our food till 4pm ! But we entered at 12:30 pm ?

β β β β β One of the best places around to have excellent sushi and much more, starting with the great service. Strategic location, large menu, pleasant ambience and... just a stone throw away from Lake Como! Highly recommended.
