I venditori mi hanno contattato post vendita addirittura per accertarsi dell'arrivo del prodotto. Molto cortesi e disponibili. Resterò loro cliente a vita. Super super super consigliato
 I highly recommend this shop. I got a Xiaomi mi 10 mobile phone for practically half the price. It arrived in record time completely sealed and accompanied by a receipt. The sellers even contacted me after sales to make sure the product arrived. Very courteous and helpful. I will remain their customer for life. Super super super recommended

I ragazzi sono eccezionali in pochi minuti hanno risolto la problematica, cordiali e disponibili tutto perfetto.
I went to Faga this morning for a commercial problem on my wind 3 telephone line that the customer care telephone after numerous attempts was unable to solve for me. The guys are exceptional in a few minutes they solved the problem, friendly and helpful everything perfect.

Avevo visto un samsung s21 256gb su amazon in quanto fanno anche spedizioni tramite la nota società di E-commerce ma essendo della provincia mi sono recato direttamente in negozio previo contatto su messanger. Si sono mostrati molto professionali e soprattutto disponibili a risolvere ogni mio dubbio e sono stati anche molto gentili nell'applicarmi fin da subito la scontistica sul prodotto prevista per la settimana successiva.
I recently bought a cell phone as a gift. at their shop in Naples. I had seen a samsung s21 256gb on amazon as they also ship through the well-known E-commerce company but being from the province I went directly to the store after contacting me on messenger. They were very professional and above all willing to solve all my doubts and were also very kind in applying immediately the discounts on the product scheduled for the following week.

Dopo aver fatto il solito giro di tutti gli stores online e di tutti i centri commerciali più conosciuti e blasonati per comparare prezzi e servizi, un amico mi ha consigliato di valutare anche Faga Electronics.
Alla fine ho acquistato lì il mio nuovo smartphone principalmente per 3 motivi.
1. Il negozio e il personale mi hanno dato subito impressione di serietà. Inoltre, gli addetti alla vendita sono competenti e disponibili oltre che cortesi nel darmi assistenza durante la vendita rispondendo a tutte le mie domande.
2. Prezzi imbattibili a fronte di prodotti originali destinati al mercato italiano con garanzia Italia e possibilità di rateizzare l'acquisto con diverse soluzioni.
3. Nonostante avessi già deciso cosa acquistare, ho notato che loro offrono comunque una vasta gamma di marche e modelli (non solo di prodotti di telefonia, ma anche di TV, Audio, Hi tech, grandi e piccoli elettrodomestici) segno che non è un negozio improvvisato ma anzi ben avviato e gestito.
Sono rimasto soddisfatto.
Se volete acquistare prodotti di elettronica di qualsiasi genere (dagli smartphone ai grandi e piccoli elettrodomestii), Faga Electronics è da tenere in seria considerazione fra gli stores presenti sul mercato.

I was looking for a new smartphone (Samsung Galaxy S21 + 5G) and I was considering where to buy it.
After having done the usual tour of all the online stores and all the most famous and renowned shopping centers to compare prices and services, a friend advised me to also evaluate Faga Electronics.
I finally bought my new smartphone there for mainly 3 reasons.
1. The shop and the staff immediately gave me an impression of seriousness. Furthermore, the sales staff are competent and available as well as courteous in assisting me during the sale by answering all my questions.
2. Unbeatable prices compared to original products destined for the Italian market with Italian guarantee and the possibility of paying in installments with different solutions.
3. Although I had already decided what to buy, I noticed that they still offer a wide range of brands and models (not only of telephony products, but also of TV, Audio, Hi tech, large and small appliances), a sign that it is not a makeshift shop but indeed well established and managed.
I was satisfied.
If you want to buy electronic products of any kind (from smartphones to large and small household appliances), Faga Electronics is to be taken into serious consideration among the stores on the market.
Highly recommended!
