The owner is a kind and competent lady. She puts her heart into her work and looks for all the possible standards to satisfy the customer. We did not buy the sofa we had seen because we had an unexpected event but the quality of what they propose is very good.

Bartolini ha rispettato l'orario.... divano ben fatto ad un prezzo ultra competitivo... ho aggiunto il materasso foam che è decisamente comodo... imballi tutti perfetti... ho trovato nonostante tutto i piedini rotti.. ho mandato una mail dopo poche ore la risposta è dopo 10 giorni ho ricevuto i ricambi qui si vede la professionalità... ancora grazie straconsigliato I bought on-line a sofa bed with double mattress ... I called for advice on the choice and I found a lady ready guided in the best choice .... paid on delivery without extra charge ... Bartolini respected the schedule .... well made sofa at an ultra competitive price ... I added the foam mattress which is very comfortable ... all perfect packaging ... despite everything I found the broken feet .. I sent an email after a few hours the answer is after 10 days I received the spare parts here you can see the professionalism ... thank you again highly recommended

Eppure non è di quelli più economici. Sono scontentissimo! I was not satisfied on a purchased mattress. I was assured cool in the summer instead it is unbearably hot and sweating a lot. Yet it is not one of the cheaper ones. I am very dissatisfied!

La donna che ci ha servito è stata veloce nel spiegarci e mostrarci i cuscini ed è stata molto cordiale e con il sorriso sulle labbra proprio come un cliente vuole essere servito. Ci tornerò sicuro. I bought 2 memory pillows at a very comfortable 30 €. The woman who served us was quick to explain and show us the pillows and was very friendly and with a smile on her face just like a customer wants to be served. I'll be back for sure.

Non ci siamo trovati bene perché abbiamo ordinato un letto e loro oltre ad avercelo fatto arrivare due mesi dopo non ci hanno neanche dato un pensierino cosa che ci era stata assicurata dagli operatori. Non vi consiglio di comprare prodotti da questa azienda perché non sono affidabili. Forget some pieces of the product. We were not happy because we ordered a bed and they, in addition to having sent it to us two months later, did not even give us a little thought, which was assured by the operators. I do not recommend that you buy products from this company because they are not reliable.
