Mancavano quattro perni per il montaggio di un fianco dell' armadio che mi sono stati spediti dopo qualche giorno. I was happy with the support service before purchasing. Wardrobe and living room have fully met my expectations. Four pins were missing for the assembly of a side of the wardrobe which were sent to me after a few days.

Per il montaggio é neccessario un pò di manualità, ma con pazienza abbiamo completato ed il risultato é stato ottimo. Ottima la disponibilità prima dell'acquisto! Ho comprato un mobile angolare per la cucina così da poterla trasformare da lineare ad angolare ed il risultato è ottimo. Comprerò ancora dal sito anche perché i prezzi sono veramente competitivi. L'unica pecca è stato riguardo il trasporto, ma non so se il sito/negozio c'entri qualcosa. Avevo comunicato che abitando in una via stretta non potevano consegnare la merce con un camion molto grande, ma purtroppo la consegna è stata fatta proprio con un mezzo di grandi dimensioni, abbiamo dovuto chiedere ad un amico di scaricare la merce nel suo garage, più comodo del nostro. Le forature presenti nelle immagini (le do atto che non sono ben fatte) saranno ricoperte dal pannello necessario per il montaggio della scrivania. Non possiamo accettare la sua richiesta di sostituzione integrale dei prodotti in quanto un eventuale nuova scrivania e cassettiera potrebbero avere le stesso sporco industriale ed eventuali fori non ben fatti. I prodotti da lei acquistati fanno parte di collezioni componibile personalizzabili ed il diritto di recesso non può essere esercitato per i “beni confezionati su misura o chiaramente personalizzati” (Art. n°59, Eccezioni al diritto di recesso - Codice del consumo)." E' davvero bella e devo dire che anche la qualità dei materiali è ottima. Vi è stato un piccolo difetto di lavorazione di una delle ante, cose che capitano, ed è stata sostituita nel giro di pochissimo. Addirittura, data la cortesia e la professionalità che ha caratterizzato i contatti sin dal preventivo, ci è stata lasciata senza doverla rendere e quindi potremo farne un utilizzo alternativo. Si viene seguiti dall'inizio alla fine e utilizzando la mail come strumento di corrispondenza si ricevono risposte anche nel fine settimana, quando altri invece non lo fanno. Per il montaggio, in base alla tipologia di arredamento bisogna ovviamente organizzarsi bene (fai da te oppure con supporto di altra persona) ma le istruzioni rendono bene l'idea dei passaggi da seguire e della ferramenta da utilizzare, fornita in apposita scatola. Anche se alla consegna mancava piu di metà dell'ordine,infatti all'insaputa del corriere la ditta produttrice non aveva spedito tutto, e anche se in un fianco di un pensile era presente una riga ,mi sento di dare 5 stelle per l'alta qualità dei mobili e soprattutto della ferramenta per fissarli tutto made in italy. Una nota positiva anche al titolare che anche se al telefono si dedica poco, risponde via mail prontamente nel giro di poche ore se non subito. Mi scuso con lui per le ripetute richieste di informazioni sul montaggio che devo dire non mi sembrano molto dettagliate e comunque mandate in secondo tempo perché non presenti nella spedizione.
