Un team di giovani architetti con tanta fantasia e competenza mi ha seguito dal principio alla fine, preoccupandosi di tutto: dal progetto iniziale, alle modifiche in corso d'opera, alle richieste di autorizzazioni a tutti gli enti interessati, alle modifiche catastali e tavolari, alle certificazioni degli impianti, alla ricerca ed al coordinamento delle imprese artigiane dei diversi settori di competenza coinvolte nella realizzazione, nel controllo nel continuo della qualità dei lavori e degli aggiustamenti necessari, nella gestione delle purtroppo inevitabili lamentele condominiali ed infine nella consegna del "prodotto" finito chiavi in mano! Un plauso ed un ringraziamento in particolare agli architetti Marco Costantino Scirocco, Giuseppe Musmeci e Veronica Clama, che mi hanno seguito con cortesia e competenza. A team of young architects with so much imagination and competence has followed me from the beginning to the end, taking care of everything: from the initial project, to the modifications in progress, to the requests for authorizations to all the interested entities, to the cadastral and tavolare modifications, plant certifications, research and coordination of craft enterprises in the various sectors involved in the realization, in the continuous control of the quality of the works and necessary adjustments, in the management of unfortunately unavoidable condominium complaints and finally in the delivery of the "product" finished turnkey! Mi hanno subito risposto e da lì è iniziata la mia bellissima avventura. Sono stata fortunata (anche se io non credo alla fortuna/sfortuna) perché tutto è stato perfetto. Il giorno successivo ho ricevuto la visita dall'architetto. Che dire....amore (si fa per dire) a prima vista. Marco Costantino è stato il mio angelo. Dal punto di vista professionale affidabile, competente e pieno di ottime idee, sul piano umano un ragazzo giovane, serio, entusiasta e sempre disponibile che dire....un connubio perfetto . Mentre si svolgevano i lavori io ero all'estero quindi Marco si è occupato di tutto anche di ciò che non gli competeva. Tutta la squadra, muratori, idraulici ed elettricisti il top. Li straconsiglio perché oltre ad essere molto competenti si occupano di tutto...ma proprio tutto...esonerandoti da qualsiasi problema. Lo rifarei mille volte. A few months ago, seeing the advertising on the TV and wanting to do some renovation work on my apartment / B & B, I contacted Facile with an email. They immediately answered me and from there my beautiful adventure began. I was lucky (although I don't believe in luck / bad luck) because everything was perfect. The next day I received a visit from the architect. What can I say .... love (so to speak) at first sight. Marco Costantino was my angel. From a professional point of view, reliable, competent and full of excellent ideas, on a human level a young, serious, enthusiastic and always available boy what to say .... a perfect combination. While the work was taking place I was abroad so Marco took care of everything, even what was not his responsibility. The whole team, bricklayers, plumbers and electricians, the top. I highly recommend them because in addition to being very competent they take care of everything ... absolutely everything ... exempting you from any problem. I would do it a thousand times.
