Sebbene fuori sede e impossibilitata a seguire il cantiere in tutte le sue fasi, i rapporti costanti, la disponibilità, la competenza e, non ultima, l’empatia dell’architetto Latini mi hanno permesso di essere sempre aggiornata su ogni sviluppo o scelta da intraprendere. L’impresa che mi è stata assegnata ha eseguito i lavori in maniera quasi perfetta, comprese le lavorazioni più delicate, che necessitavano di una manodopera di alta professionalità. Eccellente la posa delle piastrelle, dei pavimenti e dei piatti doccia in muratura. I thank Arch. Laura Latini and Solid Srl for their excellent work. Although off-site and unable to follow the construction site in all its phases, the constant relationships, availability, competence and, last but not least, the empathy of the architect Latini allowed me to be always updated on every development or choice to be undertaken . The company that was assigned to me performed the work almost perfectly, including the most delicate processes, which required highly professional workforce. L'architetto Lidia Giarritiello e la squadra di operai sono stati sempre disponibili, competenti e professionali. L'immobile è stato ristrutturato interamente con dedizione, passione e serietà ed il risultato ne è la prova. Le aspettative non sono state deluse ed i tempi di consegna previsti sono stati rispettati. My first experience with Facile Ristruttuire was more than positive. The architect Lidia Giarritiello and the team of workers were always available, competent and professional. Furthermore, the architect's support was fundamental in all phases of the construction site and in the choice of materials. The property has been completely renovated with dedication, passion and seriousness and the result is proof of this. Expectations were not disappointed and the expected delivery times were met.

L'avevo pubblicata "sulla fiducia", a lavori di ristrutturazione di un bagno ben fatti in attesa dell'arrivo di una porta. Il problema è che a un mese dalla fine dei lavori, mi avevano assicurato che il loro fabbro mi avrebbe portato e montato la porta della cucina, che faceva parte dei lavori di ristrutturazione concordati. Di mesi ne sono passati ormai due, mi ritrovo con la vecchia porta della cucina smontata e il loro fabbro non può più fare il lavoro. Facile Ristrutturare non mi ha trovato un'alternativa, dicendomi in pratica che è ormai un problema mio (peccato che la vecchia porta l'hanno smontata loro e che il loro fabbro era venuto a prendere le misure). Ergo, sto risolvendo personalmente ma ho trovato il loro atteggiamento non professionale. Credevo che affidarsi a una grande realtà mi avrebbe messo al riparo da questi rischi. Credevo... All'inizio sembrava andare tutto bene poi quando sono arrivate le prime criticità abbiamo avuto solo delusioni riscontrando poca professionalità e disponibilità. In ultimo, dopo aver atteso ben 5 mesi la consegna degli infissi, subendo il conseguente disagio, dopo aver corretto numerosi preventivi che continuavano ad arrivare sbagliati, difformi da quanto avevamo scelto, pagando un importo considerevole per 12 tra finestre e porte-finestre, due giorni fa ci hanno consegnato il prodotto sbagliato. Amareggiati e delusi abbiamo contattato Serramenti.it, Amministrazione di Facile, Store manager e assistenza clienti ma nessuno ci ha minimamente considerati... L’architetto che mi è stato affidato da Facile Ristrutturare è stato Veronica Pesce. Dopo tre giorni avevo gratuitamente pronte tre idee di progetto e un preventivo dettagliatissimo che è stato rispettato al centesimo. Veronica è stata davvero fantastica! Professionale, gentile, piena di idee, sempre disponibile e pronta a trovare una soluzione ad ogni piccolo imprevisto. Ha interpretato con empatia ogni idea realizzandola alla perfezione dirigendo una squadra perfetta. Operai ed impiantisti, Giorgio, Roberto e Alessandro davvero impeccabili. Hanno reso possibile ogni sogno rendendolo realtà. Tempi di consegna rispettati. Gentilissimo e disponibile anche Diego Rizza, responsabile dell’ufficio di prati Fiscali. Veronica was really great! Professional, kind, full of ideas, always available and ready to find a solution to any small unforeseen event. He has interpreted each idea with empathy, realizing it to perfection, directing a perfect team. Workers and installers, Giorgio, Roberto and Alessandro really impeccable. They made every dream possible by making it come true. Delivery times respected. Diego Rizza, head of the tax court office, is also very kind and helpful. I have other renovations planned and I will certainly rely on them.
