Penso che in generale il sistema di FR possa funzionare bene ma devono essere presenti almeno questi due requisiti. Il primo e' che che ci sia un alto livello di integrazione ed affiatamento tra l'architetto e l'impresa che devono conoscersi bene e sapere come lavorare insieme. Il secondo punto e' che il cliente in questo sistema ha come unico referente l'architetto e a questo deve fare riferimento per ogni richiesta. Passo dopo passo si segue il percorso e si cerca insieme di mediare sui vari punti che emergono durante i lavori, con diversi imprevisti che vanno messi in conto sempre durante una ristrutturazione. La mia esperienza e' stata positiva, e' fondamentale la calma. Personalmente, ho richiesto di ritardare i tempi di consegna di circa un mese pur di realizzare al meglio ciò che desideravo senza chiedere penali o altro. Le persone che ho trovato hanno dimostrato massimo impegno e professionalita'. Mediare per me e' stato fondamentale, in particolare con l'Architetto Bruzzi Eleonora, sempre presente sul pezzo e attenta. I bought a house and subsequently renovated with FR. The second point is that the customer in this system has the architect as the only contact person and must refer to this for every request. Step by step we follow the path and try together to mediate on the various points that emerge during the works, with various unforeseen events that must always be taken into account during a renovation. My experience was positive, calm is essential. Personally, I requested to delay delivery times by about a month in order to best achieve what I wanted without asking for penalties or anything else. The people I found showed maximum commitment and professionalism. Mediating for me was fundamental, in particular with the Architect Bruzzi Eleonora, always present on the piece and attentive.

Nonostante la gentilezza dell’architetto che ci ha seguito i lavori sono stati fatti molto male dalla ditta in subappalto, assolutamente inadeguata, lavori approssimativi, posa delle piastrelle mal fatta. Le porte di legno da ristrutturare, che sarebbero dovute essere fatte da un falegname sono state fatte dai muratori con un un risultato disastroso. Rifiniture grossolane e mal fatte. Problemi anche con l’impianto elettrico ed idraulico. Tempi di lavorazione lunghissimi. Di facile non c’è proprio stato niente. It is not possible to give a better grade. D	Davide on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Avevo l’appuntamento con il geometra e senza avvisare non si è presentato nessuno facendomi perdere mezza giornata di lavoro ... dopodiché chiamo il numero verde per sapere come mai ... risultato sono stato chiamato dalla responsabile del negozio di Genova ... scusandosi dell’accaduto .. e prendendo lei in carico la mia pratica prendendomi un nuovo appuntamento ... li hai più sentiti??? Spariti ...da lì si capisce la correttezza e la responsabilità verso il cliente !!!!tanta bella pubblicità ma servizio e rispetto verso il cliente 0!!! No comment!!! Spero che leggano loro per primi la mia recensione!!! i	ilaria tosi on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Sono finiti i lavori ormai da qualche mese. Inizialmente siamo state contente della scelta , ci sembravano persone professionali e meritevoli. Il tempo stimato per i lavori era di 3 mesi . Con 50 euro al giorno per il ritardo . Nella nostra ignoranza abbiamo firmato il fine lavori prima dell'effettiva fine , per venire incontro alla ditta essendo che avevamo una parte di lavori fatti da noi. Solo dopo abbiamo scoperto che mancavano tantissime cose da fare , ma ovviamente avendo già firmato non risultavano in ritardo. I lavori sono stati fatti in modo raffazzonato , senza la ricerca del dettaglio e purtroppo in continua lite con l'architetto di riferimento (che non era mai in cantiere a controllare il lavoro). Ad oggi abbiamo dovuto spendere soldi in più per far mettere a norma la caldaia che avevano installato senza seguire le norme del condominio (ci é arrivata addirittura una raccomandata ), abbiamo chiamato idraulici ed elettricisti per finire i lavori che loro vantavano di aver fatto bene e in tempo. Quindi spendete in po' di più con una ditta più seria e vedrete che alla fine il prezzo sarà identico e la qualità migliore . Non fatevi fregare dal preventivo più basso degli altri perché come vedrete alla fine si spende ancora di più per aggiustare i lavori fatti male . Sono veramente allibita . The work was done in a patchy way, without the search for detail and unfortunately in continuous quarrel with the reference architect (who was never on site to check the work). To date we have had to spend extra money to get the boiler they had installed up to standard without following the condominium rules (we even received a registered letter), we called plumbers and electricians to finish the work that they boasted of having done well and in time. So spend a little more with a more serious company and you will see that in the end the price will be the same and the quality better. Do not be fooled by the lowest budget of the others because as you will see in the end you spend even more to fix bad jobs. I am truly appalled.

Ho fissato appuntamento per il giorno 15/06 alle ore 10, il giorno prima mi è stata mandata la mail di conferma appuntamento ma il giorno dell’appuntamento alle ore 10.30 non si era ancora visto nessuno; contatto l’architetto al numero che mi era stato lasciato e mi è stato detto che non poteva venire e che aveva mandato una mail alle 8 del mattino l’appuntamento sarebbe stato 2 ore dopo! Mi sono presa pure ferie, la gente LAVORA, ma la serietà dove sta? Nessuno che si è scusato. Per chi non ha tempo da perdere, non consiglio. Lack of professionalism. p	pierluigi melis on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Preso appuntamento per il giorno 30/06 con il geometra quadrilatero che non è stato per niente professionale, mi ha detto che per avere il preventivo avrei dovuto aspettare non più di 10 giorni ma a distanza di un mese niente, lo contatto e mi dice che lo stava preparando e che entro ferragosto lo avrei avuto ma nemmeno questa data è stata rispettata, sono andato direttamente nella loro filiale per ben 2 volte mi hanno detto che mi avrebbero fatto richiamare e nemmeno loro sono stati efficaci.a distanza di 2 mesi non mi è stato dato nessun preventivo e il geometra quadrilatero è in ferie. Prima di dare del lavoro a questa gente meditate.... Il giorno prima mi inviano una e-mail per ricordarmi l'appuntamento, non sia mai che mi dimentico e faccio perdere tempo all'architetto. Alle 17:00 orario dell'appuntamento, non si vede nessuno...alle 17:15 proviamo a telefonare al numero segnalato sulla mail, risponde l'architetto che cade dalle nuvole: "Appuntamento? Quale appuntamento? Con Facile Ristrutturare? Non ne sapevo nulla!" Ok, la mia esperienza con loro si chiude qui...e, comunque, dopo una settimana nessuno si è fatto vivo, quanto meno per scusarsi.
