Ho comprato a 189 € un bracciale oro 18 kt poi fatto valutare nell' arco della giornata da un altro negozio Fabiani e la cifra con mio enorme stupore è stata di 36 € . Sconcertata. Era novembre 2019, dopo aver atteso venti minuti vengo servita dal commesso che dopo ripetute martellate non riesce ad aprire la cassa per la sostituzione, a quel punto torna e mi dice che dovrà mandarlo in assistenza perché non si apre e perché il quadrante risulta tutto storto, alle ore 12 adesso avevo l'una. Ho chiarito che il mio orologio era perfettamente diritto e pertanto era il caso di mandarlo in assistenza per ripristinarlo. Dopo una decina di giorni vengo chiamata per ritirarlo. La spesa è stata rimessa a me nonostante il danno fosse loro, ho dovuto pagare 30 euro e oltre il danno la beffa? Il 23 marzo 2020 la pila è finita. Come si dice da queste parti CROCIONE!!!
