Stasera alle 19:45 tiro la porta del negozio decisa ad acquistare un braccialetto in vetrina,la porta si apre e la commessa mi fa "No. È chiuso" e io,un attimino presa in contropiede "credevo l'orario fosse le otto,pensavo di fare in tempo per un regalino veloce"(per cui metto in chiaro che ho intenzione di acquistare) e la risposta è "no,fra pochi minuti chiudo". Al che io sono andata a controllare gli orari e vi garantisco che l'orario di chiusura è alle otto. Peccato,la merce è molto bella e ce n'è per tutte le tasche. Lo sconsiglio vivamente,andate altrove. Fra l'altro ho dato un'occhiata alle recensioni. Bello che rispondete solo a chi vi fa i complimenti. Bravi. Questa è professionalità. Avevo da fare dei acquisti anche di un certo valore e praticamente mi ha buttato fuori dal negozio (tra l’altro ero con una bambina piccola). Invece di spiegare gentilmente il motivo mi ha detto di tornare dopo mezz’ora senza chiedermi di cosa avevo bisogno. Non consiglierò a nessuno di fare gli acquisti dal Fabiani a Pontassieve anzi, dirò proprio di non entrarci in quel negozio. Experience to forget.
