Abbiamo prenotato il servizio chiedendo esplicitamente che vi fosse la certezza di ricevere il certificato di negativita' in lingua inglese via email (o scaricandolo dal sito del ministero della salute) e il personale della farmacia ha garantito senza esitazione.
Non abbiamo mai ricevuto il certificato. Totale approssimazione che ci ha quasi fatto perdere un volo per il Regno Unito. Siamo riusciti ad imbarcarci solo facendo il test presso il punto della Misericordia di Peretola aeroporto 30 minuti prima dell'imbarco, con grandissimo stress.
Abbiamo chiamato la farmacia alcuni giorni dopo chiedendo il rimborso per un servizio chiaramente non erogato. La responsabile ha rifiutato di prendersi qualsiasi responsabilita', adducendo ragioni di una pochezza imbarazzante. Situazione purtroppo emblematica della scarsa professionalita' con cui lavorano.
Total lack of professionalism in providing the rapid diagnostic test service for COVID-19. We booked the service explicitly asking for the certainty of receiving the certificate of negativity in English via email (or downloading it from the website of the ministry of health) and the pharmacy staff guaranteed without hesitation.
We never received the certificate. Total approximation that almost made us miss a flight to the UK. We were able to embark only by taking the test at the point of Mercy of Peretola airport 30 minutes before boarding, with great stress.
We called the pharmacy a few days later asking for a refund for a service that was clearly not provided. The manager refused to take any responsibility, citing reasons for an embarrassing paucity. Unfortunately, this situation is emblematic of the lack of professionalism with which they work.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Sono giorni che non risponde nessuno al telefono. Hanno un fantomatico sito dove si può prenotare il tampone inserendo una richiesta per essere ricontattati ma ovviamente non ricontatta nessuno.
Un servizio indecente
No one has answered the phone for days. They have an elusive site where you can book the tampon by entering a request to be contacted but obviously does not contact anyone again.
