★ ★ ★ ★ ★ SERVIZIO AL CLIENTE PESSIMO. ho speso 140 euro per una collanina, quindi non 15 euro, e premetto che se fossero state 15 comunque sono una cliente. ho atteso il mio turno con molta pazienza per almeno mezz ora. premetto che per il mio acquisto ho impiegato 20 minuti. sono stata servita in maniera frettolosa dicendo più volte alla cliente amica arrivata dopo di me che aveva finito e arrivava, con un fare che sembrava che mi stava facendo un favore. quando le ho detto che dovevo fare una telefonata perché il regalo era da decidere con altre persone mi ha risposto, sei qui te, decidi te. ho acquistato solo xke mi serviva con urgenza.
BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE. I spent 140 euros for a necklace, so not 15 euros, and I state that if there were 15, I'm a customer anyway. I've been waiting for my turn very patiently for at least half an hour. I state that for my purchase it took me 20 minutes. I was served hastily by telling the customer friend who came after me several times that she was done and was coming, with a way that seemed to be doing me a favor. when I told her I had to make a phone call because the gift was to be decided with other people she replied, you are here, you decide. i bought only xke i needed it urgently.
