All atto della stipula del contratto di acquisto le chiacchiere sono state molte garantendomi il materiale per circa 10 anni. Montaggio delle finestre fatto in fretta e furia lasciando in evidenza i buchi delle viti, tralasciando il .montaggio delle cornici delle finestre. Dopo numerosi reclami telefonici e, avendo già saldato il tutto prima della fine dei lavori, dopo molti mesi si sono degnati di montarmi le cornici alle finestre. Assolutamente spariti nel post vendita. Il titolare si fa sempre negare al telefono e poi lo si sente parlare in sottofondo col segretario dicendo di dire che è assente. A distanza di neanche un anno e mezzo dal montaggio le stecche delle persiane hanno iniziato a spellarsi e a scolorarsi. Premetto che il prezzo pagato è stato esorbitante rispetto alla media dei prezzi di altri venditori dello stesso settore. Assolutamente inaffidabili e poco seri nel rapporto con i clienti. Si è fatto negare nel post vendita, sia al negozio tramite chi risponde educatamente al telefono, ed anche al telefono personale, veramente un pessimo personaggio. Dopo il montaggio una porta non si chiudeva e l'altra aveva dei binari di pessima qualità. Ho chiamato per più di un anno tutte le settimane ed alla fine non ho risolto la pratica. Morale della favola, ho dovuto chiamare un professionista che mi ha smontato le porte cambiato pezzi di scarsa qualità e risistemato quello che serviva per una installazione a regola d'arte, con un costo considerevole da mettere in conto quando si decide di ordinare da questo "imprenditore". Una volta deciso per il lavoro li ho dovuti quasi pregare per venire a prendere le misure, per la consegna tempi biblici ma soprattutto servizio post vendita pessimo mi sono ritrovato con una porta completamente imbarcata che non si chiude, questo a distanza di due mesi dalla consegna ................. chiaramente ho sempre dovuto chiamare con la promessa che mi avrebbero contattato loro ma nulla. Soluzione ho chiamato un mio falegname di fiducia che si è preso la porta e la sistemando a mie spese.
