Ho acquistato un calcio balilla con delle anomalie, la segreteria ha ammesso telefonicamente che il problema è legato alla scarsa qualità dei prodotti utilizzati. Però mi hanno risposto che anche se il prodotto è ancora in garanzia ,loro non mi cambiano i pezzi diffettati. Assolutamente azienda da non consigliare.
Company not serious in the after sales. I bought a table football with anomalies, the secretariat has admitted by telephone that the problem is linked to the poor quality of the products used. But they replied that even if the product is still under warranty, they do not change the defective parts for me. Absolutely company not to be recommended.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Acquistato casetta 268x268 28 millimetri con grossi problemi evidenziati in fase di montaggio (dime errate di qualche millimetro quidi esteticamente tutte storte )comunicato piu volte via telefono e via mail ma ad oggi dopo 1 mese nessun riscontro positivo tranne che volevano inviare i pezzi dopo aver finito completamente la casetta anche se le e stato detto che gia all inizio che aveva problemi.
Assolutamete GENTE POCO SERIA .

Visto che fate i fenomeni allego le foto che la casetta é in bolla ed ancora non era stata finita.Fin da subito abbiamo riscontrato il problema e vi abbiamo telefonato inviato le foto da voi richieste....quindi come la mettiamo?

Purchased house 268x268 28 mm with big problems highlighted during assembly (incorrect dime a few millimeters liquids aesthetically all wrong) communicated several times by phone and email but to date after 1 month no feedback except that they wanted to send the pieces after finishing completely shed though, and were told at the beginning that already had problems.
Assolutamete LITTLE PEOPLE SERIOUS.

As you do the phenomena attaching photos that the house is blown and still had not been finita.Fin immediately we found the problem and phoned sent you the photos you requested .... so what do we do?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Comprata casetta linea economica in periodo emergenza covid, arrivata ugualmente te nei tempi dati . Imballo ottimo su pancale ( che poi ho smontato e riutilizzato per fare le zanzariere alle finestre di casa ).
Che dire , al livello di prezzo era la migliore sul mercato, la qualità è adeguata al prezzo , Prodotto finito buono la ho montata da solo in 3 giorni su soletta di cemento armato.
Istruzioni stampate all’interno e tutta la viteria necessaria, unica cosa che segnalo e che la quantità di diverse viti fornite sono molto precise di quantità .

With some accessories (shelves) and small adaptations (windows with net) and, finally, a washable floor with a water drain grid for cleaning….its become an excellent house for our cats.
With a little manual skill its also simple to assemble.
