Tre anni fa in occasione del trasloco per cambio abitazione mi sono rivolta a fabbro mobili per sostituire il letto matrimoniale e una cassettiera sempre per la camera da letto.
Consegnandomi la cassettiera , il titolare , signor Roberto , mi consiglia una libreria a tutta parete che a suo parere starebbe benissimo nella mia zona giorno.
Mi convince e procedo con l acquisto....totale euro 10.000 a giugno 2018
Questa volta però non posso che essere scontenta.
Da subito alcuni ripiani a iniziato a spelarsi e in parecchie zone il colore è venuto via tant' e che mai è stato sostituito un intero cassetto.
In questi tre anni ogni giorno trovo una zona con lo stesso difetto.
Purtroppo, quando l ho fatto presente mi è stato detto che probabilmente sono io che non spolvero correttamente... beh non è così, altrimenti anche tutti gli altri mobili di casa sarebbero rovinati r soprattutto io non uso alcun tipo di prodotto.. solo un panno morbido.
Capisco che sostituire una intera libreria non è cosa semplice...ma una soluzione andava trovata
Pazienza.....io non amo fare scene ma ho tratto le mie conclusioni.....
PS. Ho insistito anche con mio figlio affinché si risolvesse a loro x l arredamento di casa e così è stato

Handing me the chest of drawers, the owner, Mr. Roberto, recommends a full-wall bookcase that in his opinion would look great in my living area.
He convinces me and I proceed with the purchase .... total € 10,000 in June 2018
This time, however, I can only be dissatisfied.
Immediately some shelves began to peel and in many areas the color came off so much and that an entire drawer was never replaced.
In these three years, every day I find an area with the same defect.
Unfortunately, when I mentioned it I was told that probably it is I who do not dust properly ... well it is not so, otherwise all the other furniture in the house would be ruined and above all I do not use any type of product ... just a soft cloth.
I understand that replacing an entire library is not easy ... but a solution had to be found
Patience ..... I don't like making scenes but I have drawn my own conclusions .....
PS. I also insisted with my son that the furniture of the house be resolved for them and so it was
