Dopo avermela incidentata per distrazione del loro meccanico che non ha avuto neanche l educazione di chiedere scusa la diagnosi hanno fatto finta di farla e hanno sparato a caso ma la cosa peggiore รจ che non mi hanno avvisato con la tempistica giusta per il perito e hanno negato l evento . Dopo due mesi sono ancora in ballo e loro si sono rifiutati di far vedere la macchina della controparte che era comunque un loro amico. Vergognatevi persone come voi non meriterebbero di lavorare. Meno male che l assicurazione mi ha creduto e comunque mi risarciscono ma la signora che รจ una parola grossa Manuela dovrebbe solo vergognarsi per tutti i giochetti che ha fatto per truffare l assicurazione e me.
Without words. Shameless crooks !!! I brought the car for a diagnosis. After having crashed it for the distraction of their mechanic who did not even have the education to apologize the diagnosis they pretended to do it and fired at random but the worst thing is that they did not notify me with the right timing for the expert and denied the event . After two months they are still in the game and they refused to show the car of the other party who was a friend of theirs anyway. Shame on people like you do not deserve to work. Luckily the insurance believed me and in any case they compensate me but the lady who is a big word Manuela should just be ashamed for all the tricks she played to cheat the insurance and me.
