Anche se si tratta di una questione poco importante sono pronti ad accontentarti , non fa differenza per loro, quello che conta è la soddisfazione del cliente.... A	Alessandro Campanile on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Premetto che sono sempre andato in questa officina per fare svariati tagliandi alla mia golf e si sono sempre comportato bene.L ultimo tagliando che avevo fatto mi era costato 350 euro.Sono andato 2 giorni per fare quello dei 60mila km mi ha accolto un signore che non avevo mai visto e dicendo che il tagliano costava la bellezza di 450 euro con lo sconto!Gli ho lasciato la macchina e dopo 10 minuti mi richiama dicendo che le pastiglie erano al ferro e ci volevano 300 euro per cambiarle!Quando gli ho lasciato la macchina le pastiglie erano consumate ma non al ferro.sono andato a riprendere la macchina e i freni fischiavano!Secondo me hanno messo delle pastiglie consumate per evitare la figuraccia!Ripeto mi hanno sempre trattato bene e mi sono sempre trovato bene!Ma dopo questa non mi vedranno più è stata una cosa vergognosa! La Signora è molto gentile nella sua risposta…peccato non lo è stata al telefono minacciandomi di denuncia per una cattiva recensione. All'inizio di Settembre procedono alla riparazione a regola d'arte, solo che mancavano i due profili tetto. La Signora Elena,persona molto gentile e disponibile in questi mesi mi ha contattato per aggiornarmi sulla spedizione degli stessi.
