Lo vada a dire a chi ha inventato un sito di recensioni tipo Tripadvisor o a tutti gli utenti che lo utilizzano ogni giorno. Quindi, per fare un esempio pratico, se vado in un ristorante e in una recensione riferisco di aver mangiato male o essere stata servita male potrei essere denunciata per diffamazione? Dear Mr. Masiero, in the light of your answers anyone who reviews any business, be it third sector goods or other services, is liable to be charged with defamation. Tell that to those who invented a review site like Tripadvisor or to all the users who use it every day. So, to give a practical example, if I go to a restaurant and in a review I report that I have eaten poorly or been served poorly, could I be sued for defamation? I do not think so. Best regards.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Presa auto usata; al primo viaggetto(1h e mezza da casa) ha dato problemi di raffreddamento del motore, quando gliela abbiamo riportata più volte al ripresentarsi dei problemi la risposta è stata di portarla da qualche altro meccanico che la "tanto la garanzia che abbiamo fatto risponde lo stesso", invece di cercare di risolvere i problemi loro stessi, essendo officina. Ci è stato criticato pure quanti km abbiamo fatto (3000km in 4 mesi). Speso 2000 euro per sistemarla.
