Un anno fa ho acquistato la mia meravigliosa 500 che non mi sarei mai potuta permettere a prezzo pieno! Leggo delle recensioni assurde che non corrispondono alla realtà, è già il mio secondo acquisto da Infocars…che è la mia salvezza per avere auto non perfette certo, ma oltre le mie possibilità da nuove! Ragazzi…se prendete un’auto usata…è usata!! Altrimenti mettete via i soldi e compratela nuova!! Di certo un rivenditore di usato non può vendervi auto nuove! Grazie ragazzi e avanti tutta!! My vote for this company and for the seller Diego in particular is absolutely positive! A year ago I bought my wonderful 500 which I would never have been able to afford at full price! I read some absurd reviews that do not correspond to reality, it is already my second purchase from Infocars ... which is my salvation for having cars that are not perfect, of course, but beyond my possibilities when new! Prima mi fanno firmare il contratto con pagamento caparra e prima del ritiro mi avvisano che c’è un giunto da cambiare con proposta di dividere la spesa. Al ritiro pretendono che firmo la consegna dove prendevo atto che il mezzo poteva avere tutta una serie di difetti meccanici e non. Ovviamente mi sono rifiutato. Il giunto da sostituire ovviamente non era uno ma due, il mio meccanico mi ha fatto motore che era da chi quando tempo che andavano sostituiti visto la completa assenza sia della cuffie che del grasso. Dopo pochi giorni il mezzo non parte più per via del fatto che con entrambe le chiavi all’atto dell’avviso non le codifica. Oggi ciliegina sulla torta, sul display appare che devo sostituire l’olio motore quando mi era stato garantito che gli era stato fatto il taglianti. Senza parlare del fatto che era stato pubblicizzato su AutoScout24 che gli era stato cambiato la turbina mentre la turbina è la sua o per lo meno glie stata sostituita con una usato cisto la presenza di ruggine. Oltre alla qualità dell'auto, Infocars mi ha evidenziato sempre se qualcosa era da sistemare sulle vetture e preciso che Infocars ha sempre rimediato senza pretendere nulla in più dal prezzo pattuito. (Molto difficile, inoltre, trovare in giro prezzi migliori per i vari modelli di auto , considerando anno, chilometri e condizioni del veicolo). Inoltre, hanno sempre inserito i chilometri reali, dimostrabili, sia in proposta d'acquisto, che in contratto e fattura. (Non ci sono sorprese sui chilometri...e già solo questo aspetto...è una garanzia). Per la prima auto ho trattato con Alberto Barbirato, per la seconda, con Diego Roncolato che ringrazio per la onestà e professionalità dimostrata. Ringrazio, inoltre, tutto il gruppo Infocars.
