★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ho una caldaia Cosmogas da esterni onestamente montata in modo difficile da manutentare e/o riparare. Vengono contattati per fare sopralluogo e dopo aver visto la situazione mi dicono subito che c’è un problema di accesso alla caldaia e che comunque avrebbero parlato col titolare per vedere come fare. Dopo qualche settimana una telefonata in cui mi fanno capire che non possono aiutarmi e dopo una mia insistenza mi dicono che avrebbero approfondito l’argomento per venirmi incontro.Aspetto da un mese una loro risposta. Per avere una loro manutenzione dovrei fare dei lavori di restrutturazione e montare una pedana in acciaio…pretesa da 1 milione di dollari. Li richiamo e mi dicono che sarà difficile fare qualcosa e mi faranno sapere….mi faranno sapere quando?….ancora aspetto risposta. Complimenti per la puntualità. Meno male che ho provveduto in altro modo altrimenti i miei figli sarebbero morti di freddo quest’inverno.
I have a Cosmogas outdoor boiler honestly mounted in a way that is difficult to maintain and / or repair. They are contacted to carry out an inspection and after seeing the situation they immediately tell me that there is a problem with accessing the boiler and that in any case they would have talked to the owner to see how to do it. After a few weeks a phone call in which they make me understand that they cannot help me and after my insistence they tell me that they would have explored the subject in order to meet me. I have been waiting for a response from them for a month. To have them maintained I would have to do some refurbishment work and mount a steel platform ... a claim of 1 million dollars. I call them back and they tell me that it will be difficult to do something and they will let me know .... will they let me know when? .... still waiting for an answer. Congratulations on punctuality. Luckily I did otherwise, otherwise my children would have died of cold this winter.
