★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Mi ha risolto ogni tipo di problema anche su macchine strampalate già nate male (soffiatore Efco comprato nuovo che non aveva mai funzionato bene e il rivenditore diceva che per lui era ok) o su altre in cui assiatenza originale dovrebbe vergognarsi (generatore Pramac con piccolo problema sul carburatore e assistenza dopo aver cambiato di tutto diceva che era da buttare) Un vero mago. Veramente al TOP. Tutti gli altri dovrebbero fare scuola da Goglio.
He solved all kinds of problems even on weird, already born bad machines (Efco blower bought new that had never worked well and the dealer said it was ok for him) or on others where original assistance should be ashamed (Pramac generator with small problem on the carburetor and assistance after changing everything he said it was to be thrown away) A real magician. ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Professionalità e gentilezza : ho portato a riparare diversi attrezzi, tra cui motozappa e decespugliatore, e ho trovato nei fratelli Goglio persone preparate e attente al cliente, attenti a riparare il pezzo quando è possibile , invece del più sbrigativo ( e costoso per il cliente), sostituire e basta. Prezzi davvero onesti, consigliatissimi!
Professionalism and kindness: I took several tools to be repaired, including motor hoes and brushcutters, and I found in the Goglio brothers people who were prepared and attentive to the customer, careful to repair the piece when possible, instead of the most hasty (and expensive for the customer) , just replace. Really honest prices, highly recommended!

Ho comprato un decespugliatore top di gamma, pagato un occhio della testa, e NON HA FUNZIONATO MAI bene, nonostante usassi la costosissima miscela comprata in negozio.
In 6 mesi, ho fatto visita al negozio 9 volte (!!!) in cui mi hanno sostituito di tutto (ricordo nel dettaglio "solo" 2 candele e 2 carburatori (!!!) ma su quella machina ne hanno fatte di tutti i colori) ...sempre dicendo che la colpa era mia, non della macchina chiaramente difettosa!
Impossibile farsela sostituire (non hanno MAI ammesso che fosse difettosa), impossibile darla dentro e prenderne una nuova (perché, nonostante la macchina fosse ancora in garanzia, me la valutavano la META' del prezzo d'acqusto, effettuato pochi mesi prima!)
Ora vivo qui e, in un anno, ho comprato due motoseghe (una elettrica a filo e una a batteria), un soffiatore, un'ascia, due cunei, un'accetta, un potatore, due cavalletti per la legna, uno spaccalegna da 10T... Migliaia di euro in materiale x curare il mio bosco.
Credete che li abbia comprati da loro?

Reading the other comments I realize that, evidently, I am the only one who has been teased for months.
I bought a top-of-the-range brushcutter, paid a fortune, and it NEVER WORKED well, despite using the overpriced store-bought blend.
In 6 months, I visited the shop 9 times (!!!) in which they replaced me with everything (I remember in detail "only" 2 spark plugs and 2 carburettors (!!!) but on that machine they made all the colors) ... always saying it was my fault, not the obviously faulty car!
Impossible to have it replaced (they NEVER admitted that it was faulty), impossible to give it in and get a new one (because, although the machine was still under warranty, they valued it at HALF of the purchase price, made a few months earlier!)
Now I live here and, in a year, I bought two chainsaws (one corded electric and one battery operated), a blower, an ax, two wedges, a hatchet, a pruner, two wood stands, a wood splitter. 10T ... Thousands of euros in material to take care of my forest.
