Da Fabbri si respira l'aria da panificio tipico come ormai non si trovano più in molte città, la signora è gentilissima e mi ha raccontato moltissimo della produzione del loro pane. I prodotti sono freschi e saporiti, se vi capita passateci.
Happened in Florence for a pleasure trip, and I was looking for a bakery outside the historic city that offered typical local bread and schiacciata. From Fabbri you can breathe the air of a typical bakery as they are no longer found in many cities, the lady is very kind and she told me a lot about the production of their bread. The products are fresh and tasty, if you happen to pass them.
