Ho chiamato questo CAF per avere delle informazioni. La signora che mi ha risposto Γ¨ stata sbrigativa, scortese ed evasiva. Non mi ha quindi fornito le informazioni che mi occorrevano per poter, eventualmente, aprire una pratica presso di loro. Un consiglio? Rivolgetevi ad altri professionisti.
If I could give 0 stars, I would.
I called this CAF to get some information. The lady who replied was quick, rude and evasive. He therefore did not provide me with the information I needed to be able to possibly open a file with them. An advice? Contact other professionals.

Professionalism, availability and kindness. No exhausting waiting, on the contrary, we were received a few minutes earlier than the agreed time. And I add that the friendliness of a smile, even if hidden by the mask, is always very welcome. I highly recommend!
