Mi volevano affibbiare 3 relitti tutti graffiati peraltro sciolti senza scatola ho fatto notare lo stato in cui erano i PC, ed ovviamemte ho detto che non li avrei presi in quello stato. il commesso invece di sostituire i prodotti in questione, senza scomporsi mi ha riferito che erano tutti così e che quindi potevo lasciarli Concludo dicendo che con questi soggetti se proprio volete acquistare è bene farlo solo su piattaforme ufficiali tipo Amazon. Nella fase precedente l'acquisto il personale del negozio mi ha sempre risposto con grande puntualità a ogni mio quesito. Ho avuto un solo piccolo problema (il cavo di alimentazione dell'hard drive si era staccato accidentalmente durante il trasporto), ma mi hanno aiutato in maniera molto scrupolosa a risolverlo pilotandomi a distanza. E lo stesso dicasi quando ho comprato un nuovo monitor e, per colpa mia, non riuscivo a collegarlo. Puntuali e precisi mi hanno nuovamente assistito facendomi capire dove stessi sbagliando. Pertanto la loro assistenza si conclude dicendo: di avere comunicato sul sito quanto segue:" * è a cura del cliente creare un’unità con “l’immagine di sistema” per conservare la licenza digitale, per proteggersi da eventi improvvisi che ne rendano impossibile l’utilizzo o in caso di reinstallazione del software. Non verrà fornito alcun codice sostitutivo" Mi chiedo ancora oggi cosa abbia pagato visto che non esiste un product Key, cosa che tutti i fornitori consegnano al momento dell'acquisto e loro no ", e cosa mi abbiano dato visto che all'accensione del pc, office mi dice di avere utilizzato una licenza con prova gratuita di 30gg". Intanto la rapidità di risposta delle email è impressionante, prima di fare l'acquisto avevo delle domande e hanno risposto subito in maniera risolutiva. Avevo bisogno di aggiungere una scheda di rete wireless al pc e L'Ho soltanto aggiunta all'ordine e loro hanno pensato a montarla senza che lo chiedessi. Inoltre ho avuto bisogno di sostituire la ram in quanto è stato montato un modello diverso per errore ma la disponibilità da parte loro è davvero ammirevole. Mi hanno subito mandato la ram corretta e poi si sono preoccupati di mandare un corriere per ritirare il modello errato. In questo modo si sono assicurati che potessi continuare a fare uso del pc senza interruzioni. E poi la velocità di spedizione è rapidissima. Ordinato il pc venerdì in tarda notte e ricevuto lunedì all'ora di pranzo!! Non so come hanno fatto ma è stato spedito di domenica e non pensavo fosse possibile!! Consigliatissimo! Acceso, parte subito e trovo Windows e Office installati e funzionanti. Comunicazione perfetta, via mail o per cose veloci al telefono, articoli come descritti se non migliori di ciò che era pattuito.(scheda madre) Serietà, concretezza, pragmatismo e soprattutto servizio. Praticamente il mio tempo speso è stato scegliere e comunicare gli articoli. Anche la segreteria commerciale è stata efficientissima. Non da ultimo il prezzo, bravi, gentili, quasi mi viene voglia di andarli a conoscere se andrò in ferie lì vicino. Grazie mille di tutto a tutti.
