Tutto questo con prodotto nuovo, di marca Bosch Veramente poco seri, mi dispiace anche perché sono sempre stato da decenni un loro cliente ma a questo punto io lo sconsiglio vivamente. devo mettere una stella perché altrimenti non posso pubblicare il commento, altrimenti neanche quella.

Anni fa comprai uno smartphone, lo stesso giorno mi si ruppe, non funzionava l'audio, lo riporto indietro il commesso mi fa che nonostante la garanzia non me lo cambia perché secondo lui l'ho rotto io. Situazione assurda, una vera presa in giro.
Morale della favola mi sono tenuto lo smartphone difettoso. Mai più mettere piede dentro.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pessimi! Se un prodotto ,ancora in garanzia, si guasta non forniscono alcun servizio di assistenza e se ne lavano le mani! Dovete arrangiarvi voi a chiamare i tecnici,che non rispondono mai,e vi ritrovate a dover sistemare la roba a spese vostre !!!! Sconsigliatissimo!

Mi hanno consegnato un frigorifero ed installato un piano cottura. Altri venditori in precedenza mi avevano fatto un sacco di storie per lo smontaggio del vecchio frigorifero dalla colonna in cui era incassato, dicendo che avrei dovuto rivolgermi ad un mobiliere, come pure per la modifica del piano della cucina su cui inserire il piano cottura. Non è stato affatto necessario, hanno fatto tutto rapidamente con precisione, lasciando tutto in ordine. Grazie ancora per l'ottimo lavoro
