m	mike Mike on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Non ci andrò mai più e sconsiglierò a chi mi chiederà info. Ho acquistato un frigorifero a maggio, prima di consegnarmelo mi hanno comunicato che la porta presentava alcune ammaccature ma che comunque me l’avrebbero cambiata entro 4-5 giorni, in alternativa dovevo aspettare un tempo indefinito o acquistare un altro modello, ho acconsentito in buona fede e fidandomi della parola che a quanto pare non ha valore perché sono stato letteralmente abbandonato a me stesso e liquidato dicendomi di chiamare l’assistenza. Altro capitolo, assistenza a parer mio inesistente e incapaci di gestire la scheda del cliente in quanto Ho chiamato 5 volte e 5 volte mi hanno chiesto i dati per registrarmi e non mi hanno fatto più sapere nulla. A distanza di oltre 100 giorni dall’acquisto ho mandato l’ennesima mail come ultimatum in quanto avevo già sentito la federconsumatori e avevo già appuntamento con il loro legale, in 3 giorni è spuntata magicamente la porta. Il tecnico e il personale cerca di giustificarsi inventando che i codici non corrispondevano o che il telefono era sbagliato nonostante le 5 chiamate con rilascio dei dati. Non ho parole, mi trovo meglio con gli acquisti su siti online che paradossalmente tengono di più al cliente. Spero di non ricevere un commento con l’ennesima giustificazione ma magari un semplice “ci scusi”. I will never go there again and I will advise against those who ask me for info. I bought a refrigerator in May, before delivering it to me they informed me that the door had some dents but that they would have changed it within 4-5 days, alternatively I had to wait an indefinite time or buy another model, I agreed in good faith and trusting the word which apparently has no value because I was literally left to myself and liquidated by telling me to call assistance. Another chapter, assistance in my opinion non-existent and unable to manage the customer card as I called 5 times and 5 times they asked me for the data to register and they didn't let me know anything more. After more than 100 days from the purchase, I sent yet another email as an ultimatum as I had already heard from federconsumatori and already had an appointment with their lawyer, the door magically popped up in 3 days. The technician and the staff try to justify themselves by inventing that the codes did not match or that the phone was wrong despite the 5 calls with data release. I have no words, I find myself better with purchases on online sites that paradoxically care more about the customer. I hope not to receive a comment with yet another justification but maybe a simple "sorry".

Sconsiglio fortemente se avete questioni di urgenza. Fantastic welcome, less seriousness given the repacking of 10 days at a time on an appliance by delaying the delivery 1 month from the date expected by the seller (10 days). I strongly advise against it if you have urgent matters.
