★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Incompetenza del personale. Mi sono recato in negozio con la foto del modello della stampante regalataci e, ho chiesto alla commessa delle cartucce nuove spendendo oltre 50 euro. Abbiamo provato a montarle e la stampante ha dato errore cartucce, scoprendo poi in internet che ci erano state vendute delle cartucce non compatibili. Tornati in negozio ci hanno risposto che essendo la confezione aperta non potevano essere sostituite né rimborsate nonostante l'errore fosse stato commesso da loro.
Incompetence of staff. I went to the store with the photo of the model of the printer given to us and I asked the order of the new cartridges spending over 50 euros. We tried to mount them and the printer gave cartridges error, discovering then in the internet that we had sold some incompatible cartridges. Back at the store, they replied that since the package was open they could not be replaced or reimbursed despite the mistake they had made.
