Totalmente assenti e indisponibili appena installato il prodotto che risultando difettoso, da loro stessi, doveva essere sostituito come per garanzia contrattuale post acquisto. Tra l'altro nessuna verifica dello stesso, è mai stata fatta seppur più volte richiesta. Sono 5 mesi che non utilizzo l'apparecchio che doveva e poteva essere cambiato da subito. Solo grazie al mio interessamento presso la casa produttrice verrà sostituito con tempi che ad oggi non sono certi. Intanto ho dovuto ripristinare l'uso del vecchio frigo. Nel mio caso hanno perso e mi rivolgero' sempre altrove. Meno di 1
Very friendly to the sale. Totally absent and unavailable as soon as the product was installed which, being defective by themselves, had to be replaced as per contractual guarantee after purchase. Among other things, no verification of the same, has never been made even several times demand. I am five months that do not use the device that could and should be changed immediately. Only thanks to my involvement with the manufacturer will be replaced with the times that today I am not certain. Meanwhile I had to restore the use of the old fridge. Ho avuto una assistenza veloce e molto gentile., anche per un altro problema che avevo con il telecomando di un televisore. Il punto vendita, pur non essendo grande, ha comunque una soddisfacente varietà di prodotti.. Lo consiglio vivamente.
I went to the store to pick up a fridge that I had ordered through the Expert website. The staff served me immediately. I had fast and very kind assistance, even for another problem I had with a TV remote control. Although the store is not large, it still has a satisfying variety of products .. I highly recommend it.
